Infiniti - Luxury versions from Nissan
Under the brand name Infiniti, owned by the Japanese company Nissan, produced luxury cars that are supplied to the Markets of Canada, Mexico, USA, Taiwan, Middle East countries, as well as some CIS countries. The date of the base brand is considered to be 1989, while more than a million cars were sold during its existence, mainly in the United States. The platform for all currently produced models of this brand has become a Nissan FM car. Despite the fact that the official sale of these cars started in 1989, the development of a new brand of prestigious models of the luxury class machine was launched by Nissan specialists in 1985. In 1996, the official supply of cars of this brand began to the Middle Eastern market, in 1997 - in Taiwan, in 2005 - to South Korea, and since 2007 - to China, Ukraine and Russia. Therefore, it can be safely argued that the brand has gained popularity in a global scale - official sales are carried out at least in 35 countries.
