Czech Classic - Skoda Cars
Skoda engaged in mechanical engineering is considered one of the largest and most influential enterprises of the Czech Republic. The trademark with this title was registered in 1885. Founders of the company were two friends V. Laurine and V. Clement, who decided to establish the production of a bicycle. Over time, the company switched to the production of motorcycles, and from 1905 - cars. During World War I, the plant produced military equipment, but then again switched to cars, having received its modern name in 1925. The financial position of the enterprise was for a long time, in connection with which in 1991, a part of the shares bought the Volkswagen industrial group, in 2000, which became the full owner of the brand. Today, cars of this brand are gathering at the factories of Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, China, and not only.
