This car was already on our test, but - with a wagon body. Two months later, we again present you Suzuki Liana, this time - a sedan.
 
The peculiarity of the model is a high roof. Perhaps they would lower her centimeters five to ten, and the car would have increased solidity. Otherwise, the design is not bad. The front part of the body remained the same, the back, as you know, is completely redone. The correct shape of the trunk lid; huge rear lights that are somewhat similar to Mercedes; The triangles of reverse triangles and a fog lamp successfully inscribed in the stamping of the license plate - in all the details of the food, it looks good and beautiful.
 
The trunk from the inside is covered only with soil, the color of which coincides with the color of the car. There is a rational grain in this - why paint what is not visible? The trunk itself is quite capacious. The opening is quite decent, the backs of the seats, as in the station wagon, can be folded. Just do not expect to get a full continuation of the loading platform after that. The backs are not a partition separating the salon from the trunk. Behind them is a certain steel screen, in which a window resembling a trapezoid is cut off - the bottom is wide and the top is narrow. For the hardness of the body, this may be not bad, but for the transportation of volumetric cargo - hardly.
 
However, do NEGABARITS often carry in the sedans! But to meet a car filled with passengers, especially in the summer, is not difficult. And in most cases, this spectacle does not cause anything but sympathy. Naturally, we are talking about middle -class cars. There were four of us on the test - normal, moderately well -fed men, and no one complained that there was little space in the car. Liana is surprisingly spacious. Planting in it is the same as in Minivan - vertical. This means that the legs in the legs are almost twice as much as with a conventional landing in a car of similar dimensions. That is why the car has such a disproportionately high roof. By the way, there is plenty of place over your head, you can completely go into the hat.
 
Thanks to the same high roof, an overview from the driver’s place is excellent - the area of \u200b\u200bglazing the body is simply huge. And hefty external mirrors! There are enough of them alone to confidently maneuver in reverse.
 
As for the arrangement of the salon, nothing new, in comparison with the station wagon, appeared here. The instrument panel, the central console, keys and handles are absolutely identical. Although no, one thing here is somewhat different - the back of the mechanical gearbox. I remember that we had a machine gun on the station wagon. All the better, let's see what the tandem of 1.6 - manual transmission is a tandem.
 
As soon as it turned out, this option can be considered even more preferable. Firstly, the car has become more frozen. We do not undertake to say that we always headed the column, but did not weave in the tail. Secondly, a car with a mechanical box, albeit not much, but moderate appetite: nine liters of 95th gasoline is enough to drive around the city 100 kilometers. The fuel tank capacity is 50 liters, which means that at one gas station you can drive five hundred kilometers. In estimates, even with intensive operation, this will be enough for a week.
 
Last time, on our test there was an all -wheel drive version of the car, now - front -wheel drive. Honestly, we did not notice a special difference - on dry asphalt. Unless the suspension seemed much more rigid than on the station wagon. In front and behind, it is independent - Mcpherson, which positively affects handling.
 
The price of the sedan (with the current discount) is $ 13900. A lot? Agree. But not so much, given that in this car you can go on a long journey four of the one without fear of returning enemies.
