The word Grandeur in English means wealth, luxury. Everything seems to converge, and the car looks very good. The instrument panel, on the contrary, is beautiful and informative and installed in such a successful position that it was not dreamed of most expensive cars, somewhere the speedometer is blocked by the steering wheel, then the fuel level indicator is not visible. In Hyundai, everything is visible.

On the go, Grandeur is not bad. Beautiful 10-spite wheels, shod in the dimensions of 245/40R19 (!) (For the machine in maximum configuration), suddenly mildly creep and do not sprinkle, like skis on asphalt. The turns of the Grander are confident, and perhaps the rolls are a little high, but the car overcomes irregularities, delicately and unobtrusively reminding passengers about the quality of the coating. I am sure that on more modest tires 225/55R17, the smoothness of the course will be completely exemplary.

The lightness of the steering wheel in a wide range of speeds creates the impression of the sharpness of the steering mechanism and a lightning -fast reaction to the work of a steering wheel. Nevertheless, it would not hurt to filter it even from minimal parasitic vibrations and fluctuations in response to the suspension.

Hyundai Grandeur conquers the initial response to the gas pedal. It is rare to think about where it is more pleasant to find yourself: driving or on the back sofa, but Grandeur is at a dead end. On a very comfortable second row of space with some kind of amazing margin, and the roof does not support the crown.

It turns out that the South Korean company has not decided on the main purpose of the sedan: whether Grandeur will act as a personal car or will go to the service in corporate parks. Comparison with competitors also raises questions, because the powerful 311-blue rear-wheel drive Cadillac CTS will cost 1,790,000 rubles, and the Volvo S80 T5 with a capacity of 231 liters. with. And a much better salon of 1,429,000 rubles, although options for the Swedish sedan, of course, are much more expensive.

Hyundai Grandeur, on the one hand, strictly satisfies all the formal requirements for a business class, but on the other hand, we have almost the same Sonata, only with a more powerful engine and additional options.
