Honda’s red bullet flew in the next circle. Civic Type-R could be recognized by the overlays under the bumpers, spectacularly curved thresholds and the radiator grille here, unlike ordinary civic, it is. But the air through its cells seeped at an impermissible speed for a civilian car, depriving the surrounding time to consider the car better.

 
The interior of Civic is like a scene of a fantastic film about alien invaders. But to the one who is at the Civic helm, it is not necessary to have a dozen tentacles or to possess telekinesis perfectly: Honda designers made sure that everything necessary for the pilot was at the distance of a half -bent arm.
 

In addition, now the driver sees when the transition to high camshaft fists is carried out (the I-VTEC indicator is located to the right of the speedometer) and knows when to switch the gears (Rev indicator to the left of the speedometer).
 

Cruise control, radio and on-board computer is carried out on the steering wheel. Light devices, according to the unspoken Japanese tradition, are controlled by the left steering wheel switch, and the glass miners are right.
 

The climate control panel is located a little to the right of the steering wheel: on a kind of suffler booth of the dashboard. On the left on it there are a heater diffuser and a button that turns off the VSA stabilization system.

 

In the center of the console, only the main buttons that control music are located. The choice of a disk or radio station can also be provided to the passenger all the more since the driver has a duplicate remote control.
 

Instead of soft and warm chairs, hard and gripmers: comfort remained in civilian civic. Here, instead, stiffness and confidence behind the wheel. The only drawback of sports seats: they will not accept people overweight (and in motorsport you need to keep themselves in shape).
 

The Type-R engine is launched by pressing the button. It is located to the left of the steering wheel of an echo of racing cars, performing at 24 hours of Le-Man. Then the pilots from the start fled to their car and climbed into the cockpit, while starting the engines. But the Start button only works after turning the key (ignition lock in the usual place: to the right of the steering wheel).

 

The steering wheel is more decorative than sports. Why a gray plastic triangle, a thick core and metal in a hole? Real sports cars look more ascetic. However, the management is so sharp that it is extremely rare to intercept with your hands except perhaps in a parking lot or in a turn.

Under the feet of the driver, metal perforated pedals with verified efforts. It is not easy to stall with an informative clutch and accurate accelerator drive. The brakes are not so effective in the upper position of the pedal, but the calipers confidently cope with the stopping of the disks even when the speed exceeds 210 km/h
 

The Taiper engine is still generous with adrenaline, although there are few differences from the previous motor: unless the speed range has slightly increased, which enables VTEC control system and valve opening time. Switching to a high-profile fist now occurs at 5,400 rpm and lasts up to 8,000 rpm of/min, not much longer than that of the previous generation of Type-R.

 

Sports car rarely require silence, but a 2.0-liter 201-horsepower unit makes up even up to 3,000 revolutions: when there is no way or desire to drive. Type-R quickly makes it clear that the first is not true, and the second for a short while: the passenger will instantly begin to rock.
 

Moreover: due to a hard suspension, which does not allow either longitudinal or transverse swing, even the driver begins to rock. The torn rhythm of movement especially emphasizes the lack of smoothness. Tuning the suspension, Honda engineers did not even think about it ...

Thanks to the same excellent chassis, the speed is not felt at all. Even when the speedometer arrow passed 200 km/h, Type-R walked, as if along invisible rails.
 

It was not immediately possible to feel the controllability of the machine at this pace. Seeing a swift red shell, enchanting those who go on miserable 170 km/h, the latter quickly release the left row, leaving the corridor free. An attempt to go around on the right can play a cruel joke if the passing car is quickly rebuilt in the same lane. But Type-R, as glued to the asphalt, crosses two rows, not even thinking of rolling. Is it all because of the body kit? After all, civilian civic is not so stable, and we were assured that the chassis of the Tip-Er from the usual hatchback is no different.

  

Someone is preparing to become a lawyer, someone is a father. Civic Type-R is a car for those who plan to become the owner of a supercar, but financially are not yet ready for this. For relatively little money, you can purchase a good simulator to prepare a sorcerer for an end, a wallet for devastation, and adrenaline and endorphine for mass release.
 

This is what Honda is invested in the concept of R-type. A person who has fallen under the influence of the R-factor will not be so easy to impress. The next step should be Honda NSX, no less.
