What, then, was not protected there since birth? No, they answered me, the matter is not the negligence of the collector. This compound needs periodic control. Well, there is an overpass in our garage, we will not control the work, as they say, in the scrap.
When the car hit two and a half years (in the summer of 1996), such an incident happened - suddenly a terrible roar rang out from below. At first it seemed that the clutch basket fell apart. Fortunately, it happened in front of the gate gate. It turned out that the centering finger fell from the cylinder block - it serves the guide during the installation of the clutch card. He made a lot of noise, and fortunately, there was no harm, except for small dooms on the flywheel. Well, fell out and fell out. The detail is rather technological, not playing a special role in operation. (Eh, because it is sung: if I knew, if he knew ...).
On the last day of a recent business trip to Izhevsk, the starter in the morning began to make some suspicious sounds. By evening, I was looking for hillocks for stopping to start on the move. The return had to be postponed.
 
As for the starter itself, the destruction of the silumin part, uniting the stator and pulling the relay (this happened on the 67th thousandth of the run), with all its rarity, is understandable: in the casting, there were, perhaps, there were sinks or microcracks that were overgrown under the influence of loads during the start of launch engine. On the Saturday Summer Day, Voyazh did not give anything on auto farms, so I had to buy the entire starter.
 
But the excursion into the subsoil bowels led to the discoveries truly depressing. Several bolts that attach the clutch card to the cylinder block were weakened. The rest ... were already absent. Weakened and half the second guide finger from the nest.
 
Where to go for spare parts on the weekend? Of course, on the market, good, they are now in every city; Izhevsk is no exception. Giveled in the civilization of Kazan (we wrote about one of them), Izhevsky was located outside the city. There is no special site here, no counters. What can we say about cash registers! In general, the most ordinary, slightly organized flea market, located at the turn of the biathlon shooting range here. It works exclusively on Saturdays. Okay, at least this was lucky. The units I needed were offered by those sellers who specialize in gases and UAZs. You can’t call the proposal abundant, but the price is scattered - from 250 to 500 thousand rubles! Guarantees for such bazaars, you yourself understand, are very doubtful. But the starter I bought so far-pah-pah-pah! - works.
 
Replacing the starter and tightening everything that lends itself to tightening, decided to do analysis.
