Well, yellow is the color of treason. Who knows, maybe this model will make us change our attitude to the products of former partners in the socialist camp?
If in Germany, where there is less swagger, but more healthy practicality, the same octavia is in line, then we have a somewhat careless attitude towards Skoda. The manager of the Skoda Center told us a very curious episode. To say that this is Felicia is to say nothing. Perhaps someone will christen it with a pick-up, we will refrain from the labels and just carefully examine the curiosity.
The car has a cabin designed for two people, and a small body, like a truck. By simple manipulations, the back wall of the cab is pushed back, laying out another seat. Thus, in a matter of seconds, a double car becomes four -seater. Moreover, the rear passengers sit in the open air and eat all the joy of the sun and fresh wind, as if they were going in a convertible. You can get into the rear seat by throwing back the front chair, but it is much more interesting to jump over the side of the body.
The base of the machine is extended compared to the combi, the body has increased rigidity. The rear suspension is significantly strengthened - there are more rigid springs and shock absorbers. All this allows you to throw up to five centners of cargo into the body. In front is a voluminous bumper, not only inspiring confidence in the reliability of the entire car design, but also hiding from a fastidious eye that this Skoda is still with an old face.
High -profile rubber plus Volkswagen injector engine with a volume of 1600 cubic meters. cm and with a capacity of 75 horses make the car relatively passable and very frisky.
The novelty has a lot of additional equipment: Roll hydraulic power, for example. At the request of the customer, airbags for the driver and front passenger, as well as ABS, can be installed in the car. There is a stereomagnetic with speakers in a torpedo here. However, lovers of quads -sound will have to break their heads: regular places for the rear columns are not provided, but to come up with them is not an easy task.
Since, according to the plan of manufacturers, this machine is addressed primarily to young people, the interior is very fun: dazzlingly yellow seats with black upholstery, yellow leather steering wheel, covered with the same skin of the gearbox and parking brakes. Plus to everything - a fervent frog, painted on the rack.
Opportunities to enjoy the fan is a lot. It is easier to list what cannot be done on it.
For example, we categorically do not recommend using it for serious male pleasures such as hunting. You can, of course, load into the cabin and body in marsh boots and scare rural residents with fire from various types of smooth -bore weapons. However, after that you simply will need to use the entire spectrum of cleaning products in order to return the pristine shine to the car. Bright seats and no less cheerful upholstery of the salon will not demolish the murple attitude. The yellow steering wheel dactyloscopes any machine -smeared with machine or gun oil. With off -road, you also need to hold the ear in all. When we tried to go to the sandy beach and broadcast among the sunbathing bodies, Skoda immediately sat on the belly.
In other words, asphalt, clean hands, soft shoes and, of course, bright sunny weather are desirable: the rain that overtook us on the way forced the hatch, and transplant the rear passengers into a more trivial vehicle.
Well, let. But passers -by wrapped us on the crunch in the vertebrae. And we brought four boxes of beer to the picnic, and we could load twenty -four. But our fellow travelers dried their hair after swimming in a matter of minutes - it was only possible to stand in full growth in the back seat and grab the handrails on the roof of the cab.
And the full -time radio was configured to the music channel, which transmitted the weather forecast every half an hour, so that the rain did not take us by surprise at all.
