For the Russian market, the car is equipped with two six -cylinder gasoline engines with a volume of 2.5 and 3.5 liters. The first, 182 -horsepower, is designed specifically for the new Teana. Its distinguishing feature is a higher torque in all ranges (due to an increase in the working range of the CVTC system). And it is designed for operation on 92th gasoline. The second unit has 249 horsepower, and 80 percent of the torque is also available at 1600 roller roller speeds.
All models are equipped with a new electronic electronically controlled unfinished transmission with an adaptive transmission system. The latter made it possible to achieve more fuel efficiency from the machine and significantly improved the response of the car to open the throttle, which in practice ensured a quite acceptable dynamics of such a serious car. However, most of all in Teana not even bribes how quickly she can put the speedometer arrow to the treasured figure, but how she does it. The updated platform, the improved rigidity of the body torsion, a completely redrawn front suspension and perfect sound insulation made it possible to obtain true pleasure from dynamic and measured driving. The feeling is that, one great moment in one trouble in Russia has become less. Teana is also capable of a dynamic, fattened ride, but in this case you need to be prepared for the fact that the back of the car, say, with a sharp stop, for a moment begins to go in a slightly different direction than the front line. This is where the stabilization system comes to the rescue, which in a split second instructs the car on the true path, so correctly that the driver practically does not feel it.
At one time, many complained that Nissan Teana had an insufficient clearance for our roads. With the advent of the new model, most likely, there will be no such ones. Compared to the previous one, the new Teana has become 5 millimeters higher. Those parts that were subject to the most common contacts with obstacles, or raised, or their fastening points are changed, or they were simply removed. It remains to add that for the Russian market, the car will be produced at the Japanese Kyusu factory, and the price of the car will start at 838,500 rubles in the Elegance configuration. In the top Premium, the price will be about 1,233,400 rubles. In total, eight configuration options are provided.

The car is made on the new D-class platform, developed by Nissan and combining small weight, strength and high rigidity. The D-platform provides even, not causing fatigue for the driver’s movement of the car. A more rigid body and a change in the suspension mounting points along with the new design of the rear multi -link suspension and other improvements led to a higher level of comfort during movement with a significantly reduced level of vibration. Tests were carried out using computer modeling and in real conditions with the aim of reducing the level of vibration in the windows, on the roof and in the floor, while the forms of parts were accurately fitted to minimize the noise in the cabin and to reach such a level of silence that is inherent only to cars higher class. In addition, the high rigidity to the transverse bend of the D-platform in the front of the body gives the driver a sense of confidence during the control of the car.
