Nissan’s commitment to multi -cylinder engines is known - at Maxim there was even a two -liter six. Thean is only in the basic configuration-a 4-cylinder 2-liter. The main plus of the six is \u200b\u200bthe exceptional smoothness of work, confirmed by a quiet, but well -set voice at high speeds. Unfortunately, a 4-speed hydromechanical machine, which is characterized by a good reaction and impeccably smoothly switching, is not able to make the impossible-to give the theater the dynamics of a car with the latest 6-speed automatic. However, the time of overclocking to 100 km/h is only a little more than the declared, and the difference with Toyota is completely small. However, fuel consumption is noticeable (on average by 1-1.5 l/100 km) Nissan is higher. Subjectively, acceleration after 100 km/h seems not unable, which does not fully correspond to the first impression of the car. It is not in favor of perception of the dynamics that excellent soundproofing of the Thean works: neither engine, nor wheels, nor wind in the working range of speeds is almost inaudible. Only after 160 km/h the noise background in the cabin begins to remind that it is time to raise the leg from the gas pedal.
Suspensions are not accustomed. The driver and passengers are well isolated from small irregularities, but when it comes to real Russian bumps, they give up and loudly ask for mercy. The flip side is moderate rolls in corners, a fast reaction of the machine to driving, by the way, is more acute than Toyota. However, there is no longer any more to praise the trunk of the Thean - the diameter is large, in the section of the thin, it is regulated only by the angle of inclination, and even then with the effort that is not characteristic of the Japanese car. In the Premium configuration, Nissan is equipped with ESP, so even the completely careless actions of the driver successfully adjusts the electronics. If you turn it off, nothing terrible will happen - Thean remains very obedient and expresses a protest with a neat slipway out of turn. The steering is well damping irregularities, but - not an example of perfect feedback: even on dry asphalt too good efforts. There are no complaints about the effectiveness of the brakes, but the slowdown has to dose more by moving, and not by the effort on the pedal. Therefore, ABS intervention is unexpected. Moreover, the noise and vibration on the pedals are very noticeable - the device is clearly not the last generation.
The driver and front passenger is comfortable and pleasant in deep, soft leather chairs. The width is enough, adjustments too. A strongly rounded front edge of the pillow blurs its length and understand how well a long -legged driver will be here is difficult. When the ignition is turned off, the seat drives back - for the convenience of exit.
The luxurious central console looks brave. It’s not so simple to figure out the same buttons in a series of the same buttons - the white ones that control the audio system, score all the others, and two rows of black, responsible for the climate, make you strain, adjusting the settings.

It was difficult to call the former Toyota a memorable. However, this did not interfere with excellent sales at all. More beautiful? The answer is controversial, but more aggressive plastic and silhouette, more like Lexus, made Kamri, if not defiant, then noticeable. However, the interior attracts attention - what is worth the finish of the console of the color of the CTP policy!
The basic 4-cylinder engine in power is only slightly inferior to Nissan's unit, and even surpasses it in a torque, using an impressive advantage in 13 cubes of volume. The only thing in which the Toyota engine cannot compete with Nissanovsky is in the nobility of noise at high speeds. But in a duet with a 5-speed automatic, the unit shows a slightly better dynamics and noticeably lower gasoline consumption. However, hardly the first will become a noticeable plus. The electronics that control the machine are clearly trying to adapt to the driver, but she can’t say that she easily succeeds. I could not identify clear criteria for choosing a second or third transmission during acceleration to 80 km/h.
Toyota pendants are still exemplary. Their comfort may convince that the second problem of Russia is solved. The pendants work almost silently, although the rumble of wheels, especially on a coarse -grained coating, is much more noticeable than that of Nissan. Vibro and noise insulation do not always go together. A compromise towards comfort affects the mountain road. The rolls and diagonal buildup are noticeable here. In the most acute turns, Camrei falls out of the turn with front wheels, and the ruler’s disposal on the discharge of gas with an automatic gearbox is ineffective. The VSC course stability system interferes late and rudely, but still helps the machine to pass the turn. It is impossible to turn it off, by the way,. Strong insufficient rotation on the serpentine makes the steering wheel be much more active than on Nissan, although from the stop to the stop by just a third of the turnover more. However, in comparison with the former Kamri manner of the current one is much better.
Toyota’s driver's seat is uncomplicated and convenient on a long trip. True, with a leather finish - quite slippery. Small lateral stops will keep only a full driver. By the way, the player is able to read self -recorded discs in WMA and MP3 format. One such one will replace the full chainer of ordinary CDs. The rear passengers have no opportunities for individual multimedia entertainment. But there is space for any complexion, and even the three of them.
