A powerful wave of disputes around this car went on the Internet. As a result, he came to us officially, although from the very beginning the prospects of the model were foggy and the Japanese doubted whether it was worth going to Russia with GT-R. But the hot reception of the car dispelled their doubts.

Someone probably thinks that the Nissan GT-R is a kind of four-wheeled iPhone, in which there is definitely nothing special. We are a different opinion: the world has not yet seen such a car. To begin with, this is a real supercar, capable of competing on equal terms with other high -class models in any modes and on any roads. Until now, Japanese sportsmen have not been not available to the level of European ones. Someone will remember the NSX, but comparing it with GT-R is incorrect: after all, the average engineer Honda tracing paper with Ferrari, and GT-R is a real Japanese product. Yes, dear, yes, fast, but at the same time in Samurai modest and discreet. GT-R has no arrogance and sophistication of rapid machines from the Old World: next to the classic speeds, he looks like Xander Cage (a reckless hero of the XXX film performed by diesel wine) against the backdrop of James Bond. It is significant that the same Porsche 911 smoothness of the course higher. GT-R in this sense is more uncompromising, and in addition, cheaper than European sportsmen of a similar level.

True, this does not apply to the cost of content: a huge speed potential means huge maintenance costs. At the same time, there is an opinion that GT-R is just a car without special cosmic technologies, and awe in front of it is akin to the fear that was experienced before the first in the early 90s of foreign cars. As you already understood, gt-r handsome: he is simultaneously mundane and futuristic, sharp and calm, attractive and modest. A masterpiece, there is nothing more to add. The body and electrician at the fresh car will not be presented with special surprises (despite the fact that the electricians are many). But restoring the broken GT-R is incredibly difficult and expensive (especially after a strong blow): the body itself is steel, however, aluminum and carbon are abounded in it. And if you do something wrong, then there will be no great stiffness (which is many times higher than that of ordinary cars), and the car will cease to be a real GT-R
Nissan flagship is a full-fledged four-seater supercar, but it’s probably not worth taking friends with you on the road, because, firstly, there is little space, and secondly, one, without a screech and a cry of comrades flattened by overloads, it is still more fun in it .

The salon is designed expensive and tasteful: you can’t even meet such materials even in Lexus and Mercedes-Benz! There are no questions for equipment: electric drives of everything that is possible, an excellent audio system, a huge information display, displaying data on the state of different car systems per one screen is wonderful! With the exception of the uncomfortable rudder adjustment (you need to remove the casing under it, and then lower the two levers, and only after that you can change the position of the steering wheel) to ergonomics there are no complaints.

The speedometer is pleasing, which hints that up to 100 km/h the car seems to be, and the real riding begins only after this mark is the way it is! At a speed of up to 100 km/h, go to GT-R to insanity is boring. And even 150 km/h for this beast is everyday, like 60 km/h on a regular passenger car. Speed \u200b\u200bis not felt at all! And, of course, such an array of information is useful when creating future models.
However, for the owners, a black box is a problem: its presence means that a full diagnosis can only be carried out by an official dealer (a monopolist in Moscow by Genser), although this computer has long been hacked abroad (the same Japanese company Mines). At the zeal of Western (and eastern) enthusiasts, the entire GT-R tuning in Russia is based: whales, for example, from the same Switzer have proven themselves well (at least in terms of increase in power). However, not every foreign tuning is good: some owners consider sets from Switzer far from the highest quality. And bad tuning is a direct path to the exploding motor (and this happens), and the power unit is expensive

The standard 3.8-liter V6 (two turbines, 480 hp, and recently raised the return to 530) cannot be called unreliable. On the contrary, both the motor itself and the turbines serve for proper care, maybe, because there are no supernatural solutions in it: both turbines and the injection system are quite ordinary. It is impossible to give averaged maintenance recommendations. Perhaps it is best to monitor the pressure of the oil in order to understand when it is time to change: the pressure drops and cool down, does not restore even after the parking, change. We know one thing for sure: the service is very expensive (it is possible that this is not the high cost of the spare parts themselves, but the margin of official services: 500 rubles. Oil filter, 1300 rubles, almost 8 thousand rubles of spark plugs). It is better to use fluid recommended by the manufacturer, by the way, it is also an expensive pleasure that official dealers fill Mobil-1, which sell 1 thousand rubles. per liter.

The box (and it has a fashionable GT-R, with two clutches, not to mention the handout of the transmission, located behind for better distribution of mass along the axes), the early cars were a problematic place, since oil cooling was initially weak. The owners of the first copies did not know about this and killed one box after another. The reason for most of the malfunctions of the overheating (the starts with Launch-Control were especially painful for the first cars, but then the problem was safely solved). The machine cannot be operated with strong overheating of the oil. Its replacement is expensive, if only because it is special (one liquid for replacement will cost the officials almost 30 thousand rubles). In order to more or less regularly selected on the races, it is better to take care of additional cooling of the oil (you can overheat the box for several circles in the same Myachkovo).

There are no special complaints about the suspension: GT-R expensive car, and the owners tend to protect these cars. Therefore, not every owner travels in winter, almost everyone around the pits and try to avoid bad roads (for bad roads they usually have other cars). But the tires and brakes have especially active consumables. And what is the most offensive expensive consumable: pads and discs will cost 200 thousand rubles. More excess! For a set of tuning discs and pads with cars (!) You will probably have to pay less (a unique case!). The wheels are also expensive: 255/40 RF20 (front) and 285/35 RF20 (behind) not too common dimensions. And erasing tires is not difficult.

As you can see, in the GT-R content, a difficult and non-cheap car, although rumors that even change the oil or the wheel cannot be removed without special skills and tools, of course, are greatly exaggerated (except for the box, there is nothing special in the design of this model, And brilliant running qualities the result of solid processing with a file, which was subjected to GT-R, its creators). But the manufacturer’s recommendations that it was better to service the professionals did not appear from scratch: the Japanese speaks not greed. The fact is that this model is monolith, which not only accelerates to 300 km/h more, but also comfortably feels at such a speed. Not every supercar can do it! And the advantageous difference between GT-R and very charged old Japanese such as Skyline and Supra, who are often put as an example, is that GT-R can be operated every day. On some lighter of the Supra type with scraps instead of racks and four, howling behind the back of the rear seat, Walbro fuel pumps are hardly possible.

As you understand, that GT-R could fully realize his huge talent, his health should be in perfect order. And to keep in perfect condition a supercar and an ordinary, albeit sports, the car is not the same thing, given their different possibilities. The slightest miscalculation in the formula that makes GT-R so balanced, whole and collected, leads to the destruction of a virtuoso compromise found by Japanese engineers. Hence the increased cost of the content (although no one has canceled the greed of official services), as well as an persistent recommendation to conduct it exclusively with specialists.
