Under the hood E 500, instead of a 5.5-liter atmospheric engine, is now a 4.7-liter tweeted unit. The cylinders are still eight. The modesty E 350 BlueEfficency is much more suitable for realities. It is not so athletic, but with more balanced dynamics it is much cheaper. The new atmospheric V-shaped six with 3.5 liters of working volume produces 306 forces at 6200 rpm and 370 nm in the range of 3500-5250 revolutions (previously it was 292 hp at 6400 rpm and 365 nm in the range of 30005100 about /min). The collapse angle between the semi -blocks is reduced from 90 to 60 degrees, which positively affected the smoothness of the engine. The increase in power and the torque occurred due to the finalization of the mixture of formation process and the use of a new resonant manifold with a variable length of the intake path.

When accelerating to hundreds of the 350th eldest brother, it loses only 1.1 seconds, a sprint of 0-100 km/h 6.2 seconds (previously 6.8). At high speeds, it is not so sank, but efficiency is amazing. The average fuel consumption for the European test cycle of 6.8-7.0 liters per 100 km depending on the modification. The previous version was eating an average of 7.3 liters. Environmental friendliness is also significantly increased. The release of carbon dioxide decreased from 199 to 159 grams per kilometer of the path.

E 350 BlueEfficency reasonable sufficiency. For example, our cost of this version will begin with a mark of 2,550,000 rubles, while the crazy E 500 BlueEfficvent will cost at least 3,370,000. Both versions in Russia will be available with the rear and all-wheel drive transmissions with autumn.

By the way, the cheaper E 350 has much more competitors.
