Mazda invited journalists of leading automobile publications to get to know its novelty, the sales of which started recently.
 
The first meeting did not cause strong surprise: outwardly, the car retained the proportions of family and recognition, but in general it became much brighter.
 
In front he was decorated with an impressive air intake and a new radiator grille. Thanks to the head of the head optics, which goes on the front wings and harmoniously combines with the sports silhouette of the body, the treshka looks quite spectacular.
 
By the way, it is difficult not to notice that the design techniques used in the new Mazda 3 are echoing with the solutions that were found when designing a six, which debuted a year ago. The style is practically identical: the rapid lines of the hood, enlarged wheel arches, and one breed is felt about the front headlights and rear lights.
 
The salon and the previous three-wing one was good in its own way: a cool ergonomics, a recognizable aggressive design, a convenient planting of the driver, and spaciousness. Only the interior of the compact Japanese woman, made of low -quality plastic (hard and ringing), was very upset only. With the new machine in this regard, the designers worked for fame: the salon is assembled from materials that are pleasant in appearance and to the touch. It is a pity, of course, that such interesting stylistic elements were disappeared as looking strictly down with the ignition of the arrow of the devices. But in general, the interior makes a good impression: the corporate identity is preserved, and some curious solutions are adopted by competitors (the visor over the torpedo recalls Honda Civic). In many ways, the novelty turned out to be even better than its predecessor: the salon seems spacious, air, unlike the slightly closed cabin of the former Mazda 3.

Everyone remembers that the previous treshka has become a kind of living legend. It was this that made many, according to the results of the sled presentations of pre -production cars, hastily announce that the nesting doll in the footsteps of Honda Civic (they say, changed the essence of the former tightened fighter and turned into a 7th). At least such an accusation is unfair: Trashka, of course, headed for comfort, and this is obvious (otherwise it is impossible, and the story of the same Honda Civic is confirmation), but the Japanese managed to make a second -generation car a very lively car! How else? To assume that a whole team of designers worked to improve a high -class model, but in the end it regressed, stupid. In fact, everything is different.
 
Mazda 3 of the new generation has a convincing acceleration (the engines are inherited by the predecessor, and it is important to note that our market will supply versions performed by Euro-4, which are much more responsive to engines installed on European three-tires), confident and accurate control, as well as effective braking . From what only many colleagues concluded about the calm character of Mazda 3? Perhaps the machine just behaves less nervous? But in our understanding, sports behavior and excessive sharpness do not always go hand in hand.
 
By the way, while maintaining sufficient militancy, everyday ride is now much more painless than before: it shakes less on irregularities, and the noise has significantly reduced. It is pleasant that the most powerful 2-liter model has finally received an automatic box (it appeared in the previous generation, almost on the eve of the termination of the release). Extreme driving fans also have a considerable reason for joy: if the fate of 6 MPS is still under a big question, then the sports modification of the threek, apparently, will still enter world markets. After all, one of the best hot hatchbacks of our time.
