Technical details
The VW Touareg Hybrid is equipped with a gasoline fuel gasoline engine, an 8-speeded automatic transmission and a 55 kg hybrid module built between them, containing an electric motor installed behind the V6 engine. The first goes from the motor to the front wheels, the second through the generator to the charge of the batteries. The mechanical connection between bridges is not provided, since two separate power units work on the front and rear wheels. A motor-editor, aggregated with the main program, is installed on the rear axle. Electronic stabilization and antibux systems are able to imitate the work of inter -normal locks.
