However, the organizers do not hide the fact that the entire dozen test machines were thoroughly shook, twisted and pulled up. And you really don’t dig. Indeed, in addition to three dozen journalists, the test Solaris should also be appreciated by holders of large fleets, potential and existing Hyundai clients.
Is it worth it, knowing all this, it is surprised that the smoothness of Solaris is at least not inferior to Logan?! Maybe it is ahead
All test vehicles had a 1.6-liter engine, sacred with a 5-speed mechanics or a 4-speed automatic. It accelerates cheerfully, evenly and confidently. The motor, although not new, is lucky. Of the two gearboxes, I liked the mechanic more. A non-set 4-speed machine, only if you do not decide to accelerate. They pressed the right very sensitive, by the way, the pedal is slightly stronger and the motor, uncompromisingly violating the silence, throws the tachometer arrow to the very 6,000 revolutions. And the manual checkpoint works very clearly, and the transmission is not so long.
Ergonomics are thought out well: the buttons on the doors and on the steering wheel lie where necessary. That's just the rim of the steering wheel is thin. The devices are simple and do not shine with new design decisions, but the information is given out: between the tachometer and the speedometer there is a trapezoidal display with purple-blue backlight containing road information (odometer, fuel consumption, etc.), as well as digital scale scale and level. fuel.
The rear seat is spacious in width, and a decent place is left for the knees of passengers. Only tall people better sit in the front in Solaris: only people can straighten up and do not touch their heads with their heads tall below the average.

P.S. And something else just needs to be said. Solaris we tested made the most favorable impression, but! It is important to remember: we tested not serial, but still a pre -production car. And we did not go to it so long that we could fully talk about the reliability, quality of assembly and the solar future of Solaris.
