The automatic box works smoothly, but the speed is clearly lacking. The mischievous character of the hatchback requires greater rapidity, and partly it can be achieved with the help of sports regime or stealing petals, when the ACP tries to keep the motor in a tone, twisting each transmission to the maximum. But in general, the general picture does not change.
And remember how the last Sivik Lipa to the road and hard worked even the smallest irregularities? Forget. The new car has become another. Not having time to drive off from the parking lot and a couple of kilometers, I immediately pay attention to the significantly increased level of comfort. Yes. The result is obvious: Hachtbek has a normal smoothness of the stroke. In addition, the engine compartment noise insulation has improved. But with the arches they were not enough: noise from tires, as before, terrorizing the ears of passengers.
New Honda became more comfortable, improved smoothness and noise insulation. Handling from this was not worse, but the excitement compared to the predecessor Sivik was confused.
The steering has kept sharpness, but at the expense of a mitigated chassis, nervousness in the corners has become less. It is a pity that in zero, the steering wheel lacks a little effort, and the radius of the turn is still large enough. Unlike the predecessor, the new Honda turns turns more stepwise, in an adult, but also with a big roll. He moved with the speed at the entrance and the hatch predictably slipped outwards, threw the gas obediently launched into the skid. And all attempts of hooliganism immediately constrain the stabilization system. Brakes are well configured. From the former junior excitement and boasting there is no trace. The car has become more reliable. The current Civic shows all his appearance that he is ready to compete in Europe. And hopes of Hondovtsev are associated primarily with the British market, which gives their preference to the hatch C-class.
The dashboard saved its two-storey architecture, but the analog scales are now hidden into separate wells. Motor also starts with the button, but now the key can be left in your pocket. The ECON key includes an Eco Assist system, which mitigates the reaction to gas and less often includes the air conditioner compressor for the sake of fuel efficiency.
As for the Russian market, Honda is unlikely to count on a record sales and the reason for this is the price. Already in the basic configuration with MCP, a complete electric car, one-dimensional climate, heated seats and an audio system price for Civic is 849,000 rubles. For the ACP will have to pay more than 30 thousand rubles.
