So the new Ford ensures increased attention of the domestic journalistic fraternity, and therefore more meticulous digging in the rushings, more flattering praise and more poisonous criticism. There was another reason why he was eager to look at, to see, to play, to travel. The reason is today's focus, which now with the full basis can be called old. In my opinion, it was the same car that stood out sharply from a number of classmates. I do not consider him a handsome man, but there are more than enough originality, even now, when I have already become familiar. And six years ago! I remember the first impression of the presentation: is this Ford? Will it be produced in mass? Millions of copies? Then the bio -design was a sparking in small pieces of a sharply honed new facet, and a serious emotional blow was inflicted on the psyche of a potential consumer. And only then, having survived the first shock, he began to understand that that focus was not only an original, but also a very perfect car: with new engineering solutions, with good running qualities, with a spacious, comfortable body.
No wonder they say that the shell does not fall into one funnel twice. Looking at a new focus, I saw a stylish, pretty, swift, but very similar to the focus of the C-Max car. In the cozy interior, the features of Mondeo flickered. There was no doubt that we have another representative of the family of modern Fords. As there were, alas, special emotions and enthusiasm.
In the movement, the car with habits reminded himself of the former. Confidently holds the road, responds quickly enough to the driver’s commands, quite dense pendants provide, nevertheless, a decent level of comfort. A new focus, a new way to call, is more convenient to go on it than interesting.
The workplace of the driver here here has become even more spacious, even more convenient, and the adjustments ranges would take the workplace of the driver even wider. Noise insulation is good. But the places in the back seat turned out to be less than expected. But the trunk is capacious, and it is important to love compatriots to go to the summer house. With basins, boards, seedlings and an unchanged cat. Now all this will go not only in open sple (the car has become larger) and comfort (a modified suspension, new finishing materials), but also safe. There is a complete set of modern systems: ABS, stabilization system, safe body structure, belts, pillows and much more.
And then a technical presentation took place, where it became clear why a new focus on sled sensations is like the old one. The fact is that, naturally with some changes, the suspension of the previous focus was migrated into a new car. Why reinstall something that has already established itself? The suspension was finalized primarily by two parameters comfort and control accuracy. This work, in my opinion, was quite a success. But do not think, for the sake of God, that a new focus is the modernization of the old. The pendants are perhaps the only thing that has been inherited.
The designer’s performance was also remembered: he emphasized this or that substetricry on the body with a honed hand movement, paid attention to the glass line, and talked about the study of details. Just did not say anything about the perception of the car at all. And what to say to us is another of the Ford family: pretty, swift, sports, but already similar to someone, and therefore not original.
Behind originality now stand in long lines (this is about Mazda-3): the car, of course, is a noticeable muscular, pumped up and at the same time elegant. True, if you delve into the design of the same Mazda, it turns out that with the new focus they are closest relatives. Globalization, you see, integration, cost reduction and all that
