But by and large, the Linea driver should not experience any complexes for his car. And why?

Maybe with the fact that cars assembled in Russia and other developing countries are popularly considered less quality? But here you can’t do it - Linea body details are fitted solidly and with the same gaps.

And inside is poor. Moreover, attention is not focused on the quality of the assembly (which means everything is OK!), But from the quality of materials in the interior of the Italian sedan we were waiting for more. Plastic in the doors and in the front panel used hard. Torpedo is stylistically straightforward, but contains everything necessary for an unpretentious driver. Simple devices with red lighting, as in Albea, are willingly divided by readings and even contain a small screen of the on -board computer. In order to flip on it on the average fuel consumption or the distance on the remaining fuel, you need to press the button at the end of the right steering switch (wipers). The front seats are soft, comfortable, albeit flat. But the back does not get tired even after one and a half hundred kilometers without stopping. Otherwise, it will be crowded in the shoulders, and the side line of the car tapering to the ceiling may interfere with tall people sitting at the edges. There is enough space in the knees, you can only rest your head, and then if people sit behind taller than 180 cm.

The advantages and disadvantages manifested by Linea on the road is approximately equally equally. For a relatively short transmission in the box, you have to pay a lack of clarity. For an excellent turbothela of a 1.4-liter engine, we sacrifice acoustic comfort at high speeds. For an all -consuming suspension, indifferent to broken asphalt, the punishment in the form of fresh controllability and tag of the body in maneuvers in all possible directions is laid. On the straight road, Linea is firmly standing and does not scour, but in the turns on the steering wheel there is a lack of information content.

The accelerated dynamics is an important Fiat trump card, because despite the delay of the model, so far none of the competitors have mastered a small -volume turbocharged engines on Linea rivals. Therefore, the Italian not only on the corps is ahead of its 1.6-liter atmospheric visas in acceleration to 100 km/h, but also demonstrates not the worst performance of economy.

Everyone who is trying to use the spacious potential of their cars to the maximum will be satisfied with Linea. The rear sofa is laid out in two parts, and the Italian trunk with a Russian passport is large and spacious: as much as 500 liters! You can only open it with a button from the cabin, and only from the outside with a key. And to close, you need to take up the handle in an inconvenient way with a brush to yourself. But under the floor of the trunk lies the real spare wheel. Full -sized, with a jack and a spell.

In 2007, Russian journalists, who managed to visit the Turkish test drive Linea, complained to the quality of the assembly of cars, interfering with the proper perception of a completely good model. Fiat fellows, took into account these claims, and also others, for example, regarding the lack of crankcase protection (now it is in the basic version)

Currently, in Naberezhnye Chelny, only one Fiat Linea configuration is made - average. In total, the car has three of the car, the simplest and the richest will stand on the conveyor this year, and the non -budget will appear the last.

The top modification costs already 678 200 rubles, but its level of equipment is not compared with the tested version: ESP, seats electric drive, climate control, lateral airbags, MP3-magnet with USB, chrome decoration of the salon and body, softer materials in the cabin.

In the conclusion, we give the price of the Fiat Linea test car (rub.) Compared to similarly equipped rivals (with ABS, air conditioning, at least two safety pillows, front seats heated, electric windows, audio system).
