But the mood is excellent - we will be in Valdai for three hours, and there it’s a stone's throw to the house.

Literally a couple of kilometers from the M10 highway on the right by the snowy lake, the domes of some kind of temple flashed in the sun - this is the Iverian monastery. We make our way along a narrow jumper between two lakes and on a pontoon bridge frozen in the ice - beauty ... and the time spent does not seem lost at all.
Everything, now - home. Under the wheels, almost pure asphalt - cheers! The speedometer arrow climbs 120 and ... after twenty kilometers, we get into the tail of a long-portable cork.
After an hour and a half of waiting, patience bursts - we turn around and go for a bite. In the nearest cafe we \u200b\u200blearn from truckers: the blockage (nine cars!) Formed due to the accident will be cleared only after four to five hours. It turns out that the most reasonable is to spend the night in Valdai. A beautiful double room in a roadside motel with hot water, a TV and other civilization benefits costs 640 rubles. Such a list of disadvantages will cause natural irritation of many owners of brand new vases or gases, concerned about oil leakage, replacing clamps, non -working stoves and unwillingness of motors to start at temperatures natural for Russia.
