Two chrome stripes with a peak in the middle, jointly depicting a branded double chevron, exactly the same as on last year's Airdream concept, inspiring the entire style of the Citroenes of our days: yeah, and the freshly collapsed C4 muzzle is exactly the same.

All added benefits are estimated at less than nine hundred euros. If you take into account a substantially increased level of active and passive safety, this figure will seem more modest.
And here I am driving an updated station wagon. I must admit that I did not have to go to C5 earlier, and therefore I try to first feel the work of a hydractive suspension, judging by the designation of the third generation.
But under ordinary conditions, its specificity remains unnoticed. I agree that the smoothness of the course is very, very good, while the suspension is felt very elastic and collected. I just like this. Together with a cozy plush interior (modernization almost did not affect it), a calm and confident station wagon is perceived very positively. The two-liter motor slightly added in power from 136 to143 forces, however, to feel this supplement, I think it will not be too simple, even if in the online mode to transfer from the old car to a new one. The craving is good and again! even in the entire range of revolutions, transmission in a mechanical box in French stretched. In general, C5 in this form is far from formulas. But not an outsider, of course. Pronounced good.
Nevertheless, an adjustable road clearance is super! The feeling of freedom of movement is not that intoxicated, but slightly circles the head. The paving borders seem to be not obstacles at all, but so purely psychological weapons. Let them be afraid of those who drive ordinary cars! Of course, you should not particularly get involved in a large front overhang Citro will make anyone be careful. But such a doping for clearance is still very cool. By the way, Hydractive III has another interesting property: in turns at low speeds, the car practically does not fall on the side by the control electronics tries to compensate for the rolls, as far as possible.
The universal trunk is convenient and spacious has not only various rocketing shutters, but another entertaining stray. To the right of the entrance is the key that allows you to change the loading height of the trunk: the car can squat on the hind legs, making loading of very heavy objects a little easier.
