I admit that in the back seats it is more convenient to sit with low people with the front knees tall to touch the backs of the chair. But the total volume gets due to the high ceiling. And if we talk about spaciousness, then family suitcases or a dozen packages with a food supply will fit in the trunk, but for the transport of large -sized things you will need to fold the rear seats.
After saturated sets of models tested by me earlier, x3, at first glance, seems unnecessarily simple. But this is only at first glance. Everything that must be at hand is located there. For example, on the steering knitting needles there are buttons to control an audio system and a cruise control, levers are controlled by janitors, washer, turn signals and high light, to the left of the driver are the levers of switching headlights, glasses and the control buttons of side mirrors.
Everything is also laconic on the central console: a shelf with a covering cover for trifles (in full configuration at this place is the monitor of the XDRive control system), two deflectors with regulators, instead of the usual, barely protruding buttons, two wheels of an audio system, a number of impressive climate control modes of climate control modes , separate for the driver and passenger, two small displays (for audio and climate), just below the hidden glove compartment, the automatic transmission and the cup holder. Everything is highlighted with red and green LEDs. As they say, you will not get lost.
However, with careful examination and good illumination, the quality of soft plastic becomes noticeable, a comfortable steering wheel and aluminum overlays on the front panel and in the decor of the internal sheathing of doors sparkling in the splendor and sun. A small diameter of the steering wheel, a convex signal button, silver inserts and hugging lateral support of the front seats give sports to the character of X-third.
In addition, already in the basic configuration, the car has everything you need: an on-board computer, electric mirrors and heating, double-zone climate control, heated front seats, fog, rain sensor, 6 pillows, a system of dynamic stability control (DSC), anti-lock system (anti-lock system ( ABS), parking sensors and a full -wheel drive system with a variable torque of XDRive.
The salon is leather, but the upholstery of the salon by the Nevada leather makes it warm and cozy. In addition, the heater is included in the work in the first five minutes, so you will not have time to freeze in the cabin after night parking, especially on warmed seats.
The key also attracted attention. A small plastic rhombic with an emblem-blocking of the central castle will hide even in a children's palm. In motion, everything turned out to be simple and affordable. The dimensions are felt from the first minute, when parking, an all -clear parking sensors come to the rescue, and by the frequency of the sound signal it is easy to understand the distance to the obstacle in front and behind. The convenience of location in the driver’s chair and the ease of hand movement in managing levers and buttons, as if, according to a given program, nothing distracts from the road.
In general, X-third has a calm movement, and it is very convenient to control it confident acceleration, the maneuverability of the steering wheel and intelligence make driving pleasure. However, like all BMW representatives, the heart of X3 can be burning and passionate. The 3.0-liter diesel is very obedient and dynamic. With cat aggressiveness, which is given 204 hp, x3 accelerates to 100 km/h in about 8 seconds. With this acceleration, there are noticeable gear shifts and turbo, but confidence does not leave me - X3 does not dull along the road and slow down as swiftly and confidently as it accelerates. About the quality of the brakes can be said that is at least optimal for the female leg. And the course stability system works perfectly, for example, you can enter into gentle turns, without releasing the accelerator pedal.
The sound insulation is noteworthy and a pleasant growing of the motor is heard only with aggressive driving, while there is no external noise from the spikes or cars passing by in the cabin. In addition, a pleasant and juicy sound of the audio system distracts from worldly fuss.
A review through the windshield in a compartment with a raised driver of the driver is excellent, and the salon of the rear -view mirror volumily reflects everything that happens behind, only the side mirrors pumped up little ones will be small. But the light is a great soft bluish tint of bixenon headlights thickly and widely illuminates the highway, the high light hits to the sky.
The suspension is comfortable, both soft and hard in moderation. Of course, if you go to solid bumps, it will shake, but in the highways and in urban conditions x3 copes with potholes and lying policemen perfectly. And the XDRive all -wheel drive system automatically adapts to the road surface.
In my female opinion, this smart car is intended specifically for women. X3 rides himself, and it can be controlled intuitively, it is clear, accessible, comfortable and economical. Yes, the efficiency of fuel consumption of this three-liter diesel is noticeable, and according to the merits it will be estimated by any woman up to 14 liters per 100 km by Moscow traffic jams and about 8 liters in a mixed cycle.
Another advantage for women is a large panoramic glass hatch in the size of almost the entire roof. Any romantic person observation of stars or natural light will taste in the afternoon. Honestly, to give the BMW X3 after the 4 days spent together, I did not want to not roll.
Dealers offer BMW X3 XDRive from 1400 thousand to 2 million rubles in the basic configuration. If the base is expanded, the amount will be large, but if you evaluate the possibilities and advantages of X3, it is worth this money, and not falling in love with it.
