We liked him at once, even when he was dusty and unsightly - we took him almost from the car carrier, as they say - with the heat of the heat, like a fresh loaf of bread. And in the first month of acquaintance and almost 3000 km of run, our respect for the car only grew. So far, we have not had a single reason to doubt the advantages and abilities of Alload. And there are many of them, and we will talk about them in order, once a month, sincerely and slowly - the test promises to be long -term.
 
Despite the fact that the Audi Allroad entered the market a few years ago, externally - praise to designers - it looks quite modern. The interior is essentially copying the closest relative - A6 Avant station wagon. But there are differences. The main of them, perhaps, are two remarkable buttons on the central console, with which the road clearance is regulated. Here with this wonderful feature of the car we will start.
 
Almost always of four indicators on the square button, only one shines, the lowest, which means the minimum clearance. But we could not imagine how the opportunity to change the lumen is able to make life not only on impassability, but also in the metropolis. It was worth only a couple of times to take advantage of this option - the first, when I had to go around the car that had been an accident through a curb insurmountable for cars, and the second - on a broken railway crossing - as it already seems indispensable! Bad sections of roads, parking in inappropriate places, the assault on unexpected obstacles in the detour of deaf traffic jams - AlloD was created in order to play the fight with similar hardships.
 
The suspension is equipped with pneumatic elements, which are elastic chambers inside the shock absorbers. When the driver presses an increase in the road clearance, they are filled with air, swell and raise the bottom from the ground. The movements of the body over the road vary within 6.6 cm with two intermediate values. The basic regime in which we travel around the city is the lowest - 14.2 cm. The maximum height can be 20.8 cm, that is, even more than many professional SUVs. With such a clearance, however, on -board electronics allow to develop speed only to 35 km/h, then the car will automatically sit to 19.2 cm (the maximum speed with such a clearance is up to 80 km/h). As soon as the speedometer hand passes this mark, Alload will fall again, this time up to 16.7 cm. Finally, at a speed of over 130 km/h, it will press to the road up to 14.2 cm. Please note that all the numbers mentioned are constant and constant and constant and They do not depend on the load of the car and the number of passengers.
 
In addition to very decent off -road qualities (according to the first pictures, the reader can guess - we climbed on the Audi Allroad and to the sandy quarry, and even on the fields without roads without any special difficulties) pneumatics increases comfort inside the cabin, extinguishing most blows and vibrations. The pendants are good on their own - even with a minimum clearance, they guarantee that not too deep holes, potholes in the asphalt or joints of the roadway will not be particularly annoyed. At the same time, they give a magnificent sensation of the route at almost any speed: the Audi Allroad is excellently controlled both at a speed of 60 and 160 km/h. It is especially pleasant to feel the elasticity of pendants in turns - the body is practically not tapped, and all -wheel drive and excellent, specially designed for this model, Pirelli Allroad rubber, give a feeling of permissiveness.
