Protection of adult passengers:

With a frontal blow, the SUZUKI ALTO passenger salon retained integrity. The structure of the dashboard provides risk of injury to the knees and the hips of the driver and passenger. The side impact of the machine showed the average results, melting the mannequin's chest. The blow of the machine in the side was not made, because in the car there is no side airbag for the head. The seat and head restraint provides the middle protection of the neck injuries in the event of a blow from behind.

Security of passenger children

With frontal and lateral blows, children's mannequins did not always behave restrained, there was an opportunity to hit his head about the salon. ISOFIX fastenings were not clearly indicated.

Protection of pedestrians

Bumper showed average results. The front edge of the hood failed the test without gaining a single score, the rest of the hood showed mixed results. Possible shocks of the baby's head and adult pedestrian were dangerous.

Protection of pedestrians

Responding to a new EURO NCAP rating system, Suzuki establishes a system of course stabilization as standard equipment for some cars, and optionally on all variants of the ALTO model range. Also, the standard equipment includes the equipment of the driver's seat by signaling devices of unused belts.
