Comments:

During preliminary testing, the experts discovered a problem with a side airbag sensor. The investigation has shown that the cause is an error in the management program. As a result, the manufacturer recalled Almera Tino throughout Europe to verify the correctness of the pillows. Repeated vehicle test with changed settings has been successful completion. In general, Tino well showed himself in trials.

Front punch:

Passive security systems showed a good result, the body was good to suffer, was deformed not significantly and protected passengers. Windshield airbags are included in the basic bundle. Under the steering column there are zones, if the driver's knees are injured. The manufacturer posted protective overlays in these zones, however, their thickness is too small for full-fledged protection. The front seat belts are equipped with load limiters and pretensioners, which reduces the risk of injury. The central seat of the seat of the seats is equipped with a three-point inertial seat belt, providing better protection compared to the waist.

Security of passenger children:

Rearmost seat belts are designed to fix children's chairs. This is reported by the sign in three languages, fixed on the belt itself. A warning about the front passenger safety pillow on the visible side of the sunscreen visor is quite understandable, but it can easily break away and get lost. The manufacturer recommended using Römer King chairs for 3-year-old and Römer Peggy for a 18-month passenger installed "in the direction of movement". The 18-month passenger was defended, although the experts noted a high burden on the neck, ordinary for children of this age in the chair established "in the direction of movement". The 3-year passenger was not well protected in both trials.

Side strike:

With lateral blows about overlapping and TINO post earned maximum estimates, largely due to side airbags for chest and head. One of them did not work at the first test, but the malfunction was eliminated to the re-test.

Pedestrian safety:

The hood and bumper provided low pedestrian protection. The front edge of the hood turned out to be too tough.
