Protection of adult passengers:
With a frontal blow, the passenger salon Kia Venga has retained integrity. Compared to an assessment of the initial test, the driver's chest protection has improved and the "very weak defense" assessment is still an improvement in comparison with a low indicator of that time. Mannequin indicators talk about good knee protection and hips at the driver and passenger located on the front seats. Nevertheless, the steering column and the ignition candle represented the risk of injury in the hips of the driver. The changes made did not touch the work of the car in the side collision, and the results remained unchanged compared with the initial assessment. In the side collision with the Venga barrier earned the maximum number of points. In more stringent conditions, the testing of the side collision with the mannequin pillar indicated that the protection of the chest was extremely weak, and the protection of other parts of the body on the contrary is good. Protection against a whip injury when a collision has become convincingly good.
Security of passenger children
With the first assessment of a mannequin of a 3-year-old child during the return, collided with the rear pillar. This time there was no such collision: the displacement of a 3-year-old man's mannequin, located in the children's seat in the direction of movement, was moderate, and the return was controlled. In the side collision, both dumplings were properly designed, each in his chair, respectively. The passenger airbag on the front seat can be disabled, in order to use there children's seats against the direction of movement. The driver receives direct information relating to the airbag state, for which the system has been rewarded Euro NCAP. The immentable label clearly warns the danger of using chairs against the direction of movement on the front passenger seat without prior deactivation of airbag.
Protection of pedestrians
The bumper earned the maximum number of points for the protection of pedestrian feet. The front of the hood showed extremely weak protection. In most places where the child can hit his head, the hood demonstrated good protection, but in places where an adult can hit his head, the defense was mostly weak.
Protection of pedestrians
The system of course sustainability is available optionally in Kia Venga in four European countries, in all other it is included in the standard package. Due to the fact that it should become standard in more cars sold, Euro NCAP counted this characteristic when evaluating the car. Speed \u200b\u200blimiter is available as an option, which is not enough to obtain an assessment, as it is not included in the standard package in any of the modifications. The model is equipped with unwanted safety belts for driver and front passenger.
