Front punch:

The passenger salon has not undergone significant deformation. The steering column shifted forward, providing the driver more space. Driver's knees defended the airbag mounted under the steering column. The passenger was quite well fixed, and his knees did not take it to the front panel.

Security of passenger children:

Front passenger airbag switch can be additionally purchased from Ford dealers. EURO NCAP experts did not evaluate the effectiveness of this switch or inform the driver about the status of the pillow. Without a switch at the place of the front passenger, it is impossible to install a children's chair "against the direction of movement". A sticker with a warning about this was incomprehensible and poorly fixed. It did not properly indicate the availability of the installation of the chair using the ISOFIX fasteners system on the rear seats.

Pedestrian safety:

Bumper scored the maximum number of points for the protection of the foot of the passengers, and the hood is recognized as safe for the head of the child. However, most of the front edge of the hood was evaluating the "bad", as well as the zone where the head of a shot down adult pedestrian falls.
