Comments:

Logan's body has proven itself as a robust design, and the car received three stars for protecting adult passengers. Sensors in the chest front passenger registered high loads at a frontal impact. This result was also fixed for the chest driver with lateral impact. Protection of juvenile passengers on a good level, but pedestrians are bad.

Front punch:

The durable passenger cabin safety frame and one-stage front sediment airbags worked well, however, the load on the chest was high. Although a small deformation niche has undergone a niches, a large displacement of the clutch pedals and brakes threatened the safety of the driver's feet. The brake pedal, besides, jammed that even more increased risk. Also, the driver risked to get injuries from contact with the steering column and its mounting bracket.

Security of passenger children:

Front passenger airbag can be disabled manually. Its status cannot be changed when the ignition is turned on - with such an attempt the warning light is lit. According to the manufacturer's recommendations, the Britax Romer Duo Plus children's armchairs, installed face, and Babysafe Plus, were used in the test. Both are fixed with seat belts. Protection of passenger children turned out to be controversial - with lateral impacts both safely, however, with a headlamp, high load acts on the neck of the younger and chest older.

Side strike:

The sensors in the driver's chest recorded high loads, but the abdominal pelvic areas were protected.

Pedestrian safety:

The surface of the hood provides a slight mitigation in the place where the head of an adult pedestrian falls, and is very small - where the child goes. But here is the wings, the front edge of the hood and the bumper turned out to be "ruthless".
