In addition, we got a new instrument panel. Its advantages are visible in the photo, and the drawback, in fact, is one: there are very few such torpedoes, so it’s too early to talk about the price. We hope that the plans of factory workers will come true by the end of the year in quite real 200-500 cars with a new panel monthly. By the way, the novelty entailed some shortcomings for itself: for example, we have a cigarette lighter, but there is no ashtray ... But the resourceful motor provokes a little to put a little, and then you are convinced that it is not difficult to fend off the scum on irregularities, the noise does not particularly annoy , the supply of traction for overtaking is still sufficient ... By the way: in the factory instructions it is written that you can move on a flat road from the second gear. Do not believe, turn on the first so as not to burn the clutch! The maximum of the moment at the ZMZ-409 engine falls at high speeds, it does not pull too much below.
 
This is well felt when, having been stretched out with a good run along the highway, you arrive on nature. We turn onto the lane, turn on the couplings on the hubs of the front wheels. It is good that we chose toothy tires - cars also complete the K -153 wheels, quiet on the highway and ... almost no on the ground. The only one similar to our car, but with a roof raised behind, on imported wheels, with tinted glasses, an electric lounger, a modified salon, music, was put up for 400 thousand rubles, or 12.9 thousand dollars.

The VAZ all -wheel drive, with his almost foreign appearance, inherited many problems with the transmission. Well, and UAZ it suffers from an absurd handout, in addition, the only affordable motor has a distant characteristic from the ideal. As a result, the brand remains less from family off -road abilities than we would like. True, both Niva and UAZ are still raising ... Another common feature, by the way.
A large person behind the wheel is crowded (photo on the left). With the seat, the size of the pedal node to the back is 1035 mm - about 100 mm less than in modern imported analogues.
