The motor, which can probably be promoted to the whole coil (not only in a limited state, but also in real conditions), which is able to show the agility not 626, but 800 horses, restrained by a strong fiction of electronics. And how else, if the aerodynamics of this body and this weighting do not allow the use of such power. The disease that manifested itself in SLR (or, more precisely, in Mercedes Clr) in the glorious 1999 on the race in Le Man, is not cured, but driven deep into it. Then, if you remember, two Mercedes cars, due to the separation of the rear spoiler, took off to a height usually occupied by small aircraft. Fortunately, both riders - Peter Dambrebrek and Mark Webber - remained alive. But, nevertheless, this sight was so terrible that Mercedes with fright left Gran Tourismo.
Drive, drive, my star! SLR behaves as if its motor is not in front, but behind the rear axle. The rear axle itself should be much more loaded than now. The driver is clearly sitting out of place - he should be put even deeper into the trunk. However, I understand that such changes will lead to a weakening or disappearance of the gran of the effect achieved by a smooth bottom, fairings and special diffusers. And without normal clamping power, flights on SLR will not be flights in a dream, but in reality.
SHARE. Most likely, however, McLaren did not apply a lot of strength to Mercedes-Benz Slr. After all, products under a race brand, but for civil use, special successes do not shine. And McLaren F1, a million apiece, is still listed in the list of the most expensive drains. For the Mercedes itself, it is not possible to combine the power of a unique engine with a unique body. McLaren did not help either. This is generally possible so far in only one company (I do not take into account the dwarf bureau, which sometimes really give out masterpieces). In a long move, calmly - like any other car with cardboard, and not ceramic brakes.

In order for the car to become history, it should have a glorious story. Car glory comes from the racing, but SLR, in the form in which it is, will never go to the circle of Le Mans or SPA 24 HOURS.
