This, of course, is not just a decorative element: it significantly presses the car to the road at high speeds and, in addition, helps in reverse parking, denoting dimensions. Special inserts from Kevlar appeared at the bottom of the rear bumper. Four chrome-made exhaust systems and 7-inch alloy wheels of original design, which are worn by low-profile rubber, complete the picture.
Despite small growth, the compartment provides a convenient landing even to a very high person, without requiring him special acrobatic training. We are talking about the driver and the front passenger, because the adult has nothing to do in the back seat. Even if you imagine that he can get there, he will not have a place for legs, and perhaps there will be nowhere to go of his head. Providing Germans placed colored stickers in several places, warning of inconvenience when trying to accommodate behind. And they especially pointed out the need to take care of the head when closing the trunk door: there is a risk of a strong blow. Therefore, TT is a machine for two. And they feel good in it: two-color upholstery pleases the eye, the seats themselves tightly wrap the body, so you will not scrap even in a steep turn, plus an excellent audio system and effective climate control.
All adjustments in the car are mechanical, which is also characteristic of sports cars. The interior of the tuning version differs from the standard also chrome lever of a mechanical 6-speed checkpoint, aluminum pedals and branded rugs.
The finish uses the same metal and high -quality plastic. If you look at the TT from the side, you can see only the heads of the driver or passenger: they sit very low. The windshield and the low line of the roof placed at a large angle nevertheless do not interfere with a good review. But they give the feeling that you are as if in the trunk of a pistol. It is worth lowering the trigger, that is, press the gas and release the clutch, as the shot will follow. And it is true.

Here is in Audi TT. This was said by my girlfriend a few minutes after the start that caused her, in my opinion, a little shock. But driving in this car is easily simply impossible. Thanks to the sports muffler, the air filter and the new chip, the engine power is increased to 250 hp, which is 26 hp. More than the standard version. The torque has increased and torque -350 Nm against the previous 280. Dynamics - 5.9 seconds to 100 km/h. Believe me, impressive. It is quite comparable to the shot. After the tachometer shooter crossed 3000 revolutions per minute, a person in a passenger seat tightly clung to the door hand and said only one desire - so that this vehicle would ever stop completely. The future owner of the city car must be ready for such sensations. And one more thing: you should hardly trust the steering wheel to the beautiful floor, even if the lady really liked the appearance of the car. The management still requires strong male hands.
The reactions to the turn of a rather hard steering wheel are simply lightning fast. The programs are switched like a shutter of a well -greased pistol. A short course of adhesion pedal with excellent feedback allows you to clearly feel the moment of picking up. The main thing is not to lose your head. When starting from the traffic light, it seems that the neighbors simply did not see green in time. Fortunately, the brake pedal is very informative, and the calipers themselves press the pads so tightly that it is not to stop the labor machine.
Acceleration in a straight line is, of course, pleasant, but even more pleasure is able to give a winding path somewhere in the suburbs. The all -wheel drive TT transmission allows you to pass turns, let's say, very quickly when the rollers of lateral support creak. The stabilization system will help to cope with the possible skid. It turns on at the very last moment, which, in relation to TT, is an undoubted plus. ESP can be turned off, but this should only be done to those who are well familiar with the character of the car and are absolutely confident in their own abilities. Full -wheel drive in critical situations does not forgive errors. If you consider yourself a pros, then if you please. Go sideways? Pure pleasure. Control is not lost for a second. Brows of the body? They simply are not. Of course, it shocks on our roads, but is this grief for connoisseurs of this kind of machine? No wonder the British, where, so it happened, sports cars are simply adored, for the fourth time they recognize Audi TT the best compartment (according to the results of the What Car magazine?).
