Long-term test of the hybrid sedan Audi A6: part of the first.Audi A6 Hyrbid settled in our garage for a month and a half. The main question for her, of course, how economic is it? It is also interesting how it goes, and whether the driver can offer something more than low fuel consumption.
Externally distinguish the hybrid A6 from the remaining members of her family, perhaps, by nameplates, a special silver-bluish body color and turbine wheels. But it is worth the hybrid of CO-go! How do you need 2,695,700 rubles for the basic, albeit a very rich complete set? By the way, it is the most expensive six, not counting the sports versions of S6 and RS6! For example, a 310-strong gasoline version will cost 2,440,000 rubles, and a 245-strong three-liter diesel is 100 thousand cheaper. Exactly and about four-cylinder versions, prices for which begin with 1,720,000 rubles.
And after all, the power plant in the A6 Hybrid is not thermonuclear reactor. If the above-mentioned modifications of A6 with six-cylinder engines accelerate to hundreds for 5.5 and 6.1 seconds, respectively, then the hybrid on this exercise requires 7.5 seconds. After all, under the hood, a banal two-liter gasoline turbo engine with a capacity of 211 horsepower. In a pair with an electric motor, the maximum that the A6 Hybrid sedan is capable is 245 forces. And then in the case when the battery is fully charged. And the main disappointment is the absence of a full drive: only front. Sorrow!
The battery itself, by the way, allows you to drive only two or three kilometers on the electr shirt, but there are a lot of places at the same time: the trunk of the sedan A6 mustache from 530 to 375 liters. Even worse, that he is now uneven: Energizer creates a serious step. Well, at least the owner of the A6 Hybrid still has the opportunity to transport something long, folding the backs of the rear seats: the opening will be though more narrow than the usual sedan, but it will be. But some hybrids are deprived of this. We, for example, managed to fit into the A6 Hybrid plasma TV in the A6, and later in the car there was a place for three people with snowboarding equipment.

The equipment in the hybrid is quite rich. For your money, you will get a great salon with MMI multimedia system and a touchpad, two-zone climate control (and for extra charge at least a four-zone), bi-xenon headlights, parking sensors and other very pleasant things.
In the package of our A6, Hybrid also included the LED headlights (Middle and Far Light), the navigation system with a hard disk, the Bose audio system with 10 speakers and subwoofers, the electrically regulatory of the front seats with memory, the mechatronic DRIVE SELECT system, all three rear mirrors Views with autocessure, as well as front and rear review cameras. In total, all the options raised the price of a test car to 3 million 50 thousand rubles.
Despite the relatively modest power, the A6 Hybrid car is pretty smart. Acceleration is enough in any situations: even in the city, at least when overtaking on the highway. Moreover, it is especially pleased how A6 follows the pedal smoothly and accurately. Pure pleasure! There is, however, the difficulty of borderline modes at low speeds: when the electric motor with internal combustion is finding out the relationship with each other, the car sometimes behaves strangely.
AUDI A6 Hybrid has a Drive Select system that is responsible for operating modes of the motor, gearbox and steering amplifier. Four modes: AUTO, Comfort, Sport and Individual. To be honest, the difference is practically not felt: in all modes Audi A6 Hybrid remains emphasized relaxed.
Going, you go, and suddenly the slowdown is gone! The heart goes into the heels: still a little bit, and I will wave into the car, which slowly stopped in front of me on the traffic light! You give a brake pedal stronger than UV-F-F, carried away! But after half an hour the same thriller.
No, I'm not an idiot, which is reflected at the last moment. This feature of the AUDI A6 Hybrid braking system setting: when the machine moves from the recovery mode by the electric motor to the standard brake system, there is an unexpected jerk. And this is not the only feature of the hybrid Audi A6.
Another winter problem: the wheels are often too desperately grinding asphalt at the start: the electric motor, which develops 210 nm from scratch is to blame. And the drive is the front to happiness, the stabilization system on the Audi is well configured: in case of slipping, it does not cut the motor up to death, and leaves exactly so many thrust as the tires can digest. So on a slippery coating, the gas can be harmful at least until the stop: the machine is smart, it will figure out how much you need.
The average speed of motor vehicles in Moscow is about 24 kilometers per hour. Theoretically, it is precisely in these conditions a hybrid should be especially effective: after all, it will be overclocked mainly due to free electricity recovered on braking.
But everything is wrong in life. If you press the brake pedal, the Audi A6 Hyrbid will really slow down at the expense of the electric motor, but there are two but. First, when the speed drops below 30 kilometers per hour, the recovery is turned off and the A6 will use the working brake system (hence it is an unpleasant and dangerous decrease in deceleration). And secondly, in the Moscow traffic, they do not ignore much. When the plug is deaf, the lump in it occurs at speeds significantly less than thirty.

However, so far, it is pleasing to the flow of consumption, it does not exceed 11 liters, which is quite good for big and heavy (1.85 tons!) Machines.
