Peugeot Bebe 1913.

Popular French brand Peugeot was founded in 1810. Today, he is one of the largest automakers in France, and in the 9th century the enterprise was engaged in the design of steam engines. In the XX century, the main activity of the company was the development of cars with gasoline engines. The revolutionary was 1947, when cars of this brand were supplemented with hydraulic brakes and spiral springs. Since the 1950s, the company becomes the owner of Hotchkiss's shares and CHENARD-WALCKER company and begins cooperation with the Italian Atelier PinInfarina. At about the same time, the company's products began to be exported to the US market. The mid-70s was marked by a merger with another major French automaker - Citroen. In 1978, the United Company bought the CHRYSLER GROUP concern, which began cooperation with Chinese automakers in the 1980s. The result of this cooperation was the creation of a manufacturing enterprise in the city of Yuhan to assemble cars of popular French brands. The main office of the company is in Paris. Despite the fact that the brand left the North American market, in European countries, many models are in demand today.
