And now, after 35 years, the expression of the hot hatch was so established in the car vocabulary that few people think about its roots. Volkswagen not only thought, but also decided to launch the anniversary version of the very first hot hatchback.


Outside, the anniversary Golf GTI 35 is easiest to find out by modest nameplates 35 on the front wings and a slightly modified front bumper with a carbon splitter. More attentive connoisseurs will notice the optional bi-ksenon with the headlights of the lateral light and the LEDs in front and behind.

Golf GTI has long proved everything for everyone: it was originally planned to produce only 5,000 cars with Ji-Tie Schildik, but the demand turned out to be so high that now the sixth generation of the hotel is already on the conveyor, and the total number of GTI, which is knitting along the roads of all Mira, has already exceeded the mark of 2 million! But this problem can be avoided if you really put it on the whole coil: then the robot will keep even higher speeds and will not rush to switch to increased gear.


Adjusting the stiffness of shock absorbers and the steering force on the steering wheel (Comfort Normal Sport) is very speculative. The difference between the modes is not very great. Even in the SPORT position, the car does not become extremely hard, and even despite the suspension underestimated by 15 millimeters, the suspension is not much inferior in comfort to ordinary golf.

The suspension is an incredible balance of sports and comfort. I deliberately shake the keyboardness of shock absorbers, transferring them to the Sport position, the difference with normal characteristics is noticeable, but not much. The stability of the car in high-speed turns is very high. Another quick ligament seems to go too fast and are already preparing to straighten the trajectory as much as possible to avoid demolition, but it is not at all in sight. Moreover, GTI 35 did not even squeak with tires! Good, infection!


At the output of the hatchback turns, the electronic imitation of the differential blocking helps, which does not allow the unloaded front wheel to slip.

The turn over the bend is increasing the speed of the pace, which manages to maintain the GTI 35 is already close to the maximum for the front -wheel drive, and the car still calmly dives into the next ligament. This golf does not need to fight, it is simple, understandable and allows you to quickly go even beginners. And there are enough brakes when driving without problems.
