The idea was to convert a carburetor engine with a working volume of 1600 cm3 into an injector. As a result, the motor received a new head with extended channels and with eight valves of increased diameter: exhaust - 39 mm, inlets - 34 mm. To improve the characteristics of the car in craving at increased speeds, VAZ production with a rise of 12.1 mm inlet valves was introduced into the engine. At the inlet, the American zero resistance filter Vibrant stood. The exhaust tract mounted on pipes with a diameter of 51 mm begins with a collector (in a spider spider), in which the pipes are branched according to scheme 4-2-1.

Meanwhile, the changes affected not only the sound characteristics of the car. The rear regular brake drums were uncompromisingly written off into scraps, and a disc brake system was installed instead. On all four wheels, ventilated brake discs and Lukas pads stood. The VAZ-21099 suspension also worked: in front of the Koni Sport shock absorbers with a three-position adjustment, at the stern of the Plaza Sport rack. All four springs from a crax with Super Sport with high rigidity. But this seemed few, so one round was cut from each spring. In this case, five colors were poured onto the body. Indian combat coloring, of course, added originality, highlighting a car from slender rows of cars with similar aerokitis.
Yes, still pay attention to the extended wheeled arches - this is not plastic overlays. The owner personally - with the help of a sledgehammer and a hammer for metalling - changed the configuration of the edges of the arches above the wheels, increasing them by 2 cm. It turned out very worthy. The controversial detail in the exterior is an air intake on the hood a la Subaru. Fiberglass an overlap fused with an iron of a hood without cracks and gaps. However, stylistically the hump on the hood is a clearly superfluous detail. However, Artem claims that the pompous air intake is made for purely technical motives in order to organize improved cooling to the motor.
Overcoat
The salon is designed in a gray-blue color scheme. Torpedo and ceiling are covered with ascetic gray carpet. In its texture, the material resembles a soldier's overcoat. The steering wheel is from Momo, the handle of the KP - from Audi TT. The UNP chair is only for the driver, all other passengers are sitting on regular seats. Additional devices stood on the torpedo: a tachometer with a light indicator and a voltmeter. The cabiners of turning on headlights and overall lights look rather stylish. In the central part of the ceiling, two neon lamps are fixed. In their bluish light, read the newspaper, of course, it is impossible, but they create an atmosphere of intimacy one hundred percent.
And the music here is not a shameful. In the two front doors, the mid -frequency speakers of Mystery flaunt on specially built catwalks, high -frequency coils are implanted into the front racks. From the rear, the sound is pumped through the MB Quart subwoofer. The JVC head device is paired with a 5-channel Callcell amplifier.
