In the case of Suzuki SX4 Sedan, I was in an awkward position. It’s not that this funny seemingly car did not cause any emotions just hard to come to terms with the fact that the interesting hatchback SX4 decided to get a brother, for whom I had to exchange a full -wheel drive sedan in the documents.
Family so, at least, Suzuki SX4 Sedan positions the Japanese themselves. Such a definition, apparently, should serve as a kind of justification for not the most harmonious appearance. Say, the roof is high to make it more convenient for passengers, and narrow wheels on wide -profile rubber for the sake of practicality. From the side it seems that the car is on tiptoe. Still, a clearance of 165 mm in conjunction with a small base and short and over the overhangs that is still a sight.
SX4 refers to the type of cars that are better perceived in parts. For example, a wide, in a large grid of the radiator A la Vitara would fit a more solid machine; The same applies to optics.
But if you look at the Japanese, as they say, in general, all this splendor is somehow lost. Suzuki looks rustic and not too intriguing.
But why then SX4 is the second, after the Liana sedan from Suzuki in our market, (by the way, Liana was first represented by a hatchback) is going to conquer the hearts of our pragmatic compatriots? I continue to look for the answer to this question, adjusting the driver's seat for myself; Quite comfortable, tenacious, with a long-long pillow.
True, it was not possible to adjust the microlift as it should: even in the lowest position, the landing was obtained, as in a bus. Review is only to benefit, and there are plenty of place over the head, but after all, the steering wheel adjusting in height clearly provides that the seat can be lower, otherwise the helm, in a certain position, simply lies on his knees.
Having dealt with the driver's seat, I transplant back. From my heights of 184 cm, I can state: there are enough places here. The only thing the back of the roof somehow somehow dashingly goes into the opening of the glass, so much so that if you want to lean back, you will have to slide down a little, otherwise the back of the head will inevitably meet with the ceiling.
Otherwise, the salon is a typical middle peasant. The plastic is not very high quality, but this is partly compensated by the thorough fitting of the details of the interior decoration. In the end, we are dealing with a Japanese car: the design may not impress aesthetes, but it is impossible to complain about the quality!
The first meters in motion presented several surprises. Working hard working in a leisurely city stream, at first I simply did not believe my feelings. Such a bagel will envy other sports car! The steering wheel, the severity of which seemed to be verified to the gram, was simply created for high -speed maneuvers. But very soon, more precisely, when the speedometer arrow began to be selected to the mark of 60, the delight was replaced by irritation. The electric power capture clearly did not want to take into account the real road situation, responding to the turns of the steering wheel, the more lazy, the stronger I sorry for the accelerator.
On the suburban highway, the SX4 management began to resemble the game on a non -high -quality car sympulter The front wheels react to the teams with delay. And despite the fact that the 1.6 liter motor is ready to briskly disperse the car. Really insulting
The Japanese are perhaps the most sophisticated inventors in terms of charged cars. Well, tell me mercy, who else would think to turn the modesty sx4 into a racing car?

Will the second attempt to seduce the Russians from Suzuki more successful than the first? Although not the most beautiful, but quite practical and, in general, the solid SX4 SEDAN may well find its part of the admirers, because for many in our country the presence of a separate trunk remains almost the main argument when choosing a car.
In any case, dealers have no doubt: supply Suzuki your model in Russia in the same quantities as, say, Mitsubishi Lancer, the result of the SX4 would be similar. But, alas, quotas are not comparable, and all Suzuki golf class recognize their owners before arrival in Russia.
