We, in general, are not offended, since the new Swift was already on our test at the end of June. Another thing is interesting. Can a new generation of compact really cling to potential buyers in such a short time, and if so, what?

Waiting for their turn, guests could taste light snacks under the canopies of the tent, get acquainted with other models of the Suzuki brand or capture themselves on a cartoon.

Even gives free rein to the imagination, transferring with you to a rally route in fantasies. But he does not participate in the test. And thank God! After all, his sports surroundings do not correspond to the 1.2-liter (albeit 94 strong) motor, hidden under the hood. By the way, the only one in the gamut.

All a moment together
Having passed the record procedure and receiving a bracelet with a car number, we go to the racing track. We are the first to take the Swift with mechanics and go along with the instructor for a heating circle, after a brief briefing. The second circle, he is the last, passes more carefully, evaluating the car and my feelings, on each segment of the route ring. On the irregularities of Swift, which, according to representatives of Suzuki, honestly road clearance of 140 mm, clings to structural micro-sprayers. On a serpentine, quickly twisted in different directions, the steering wheel confused the steering wheel amplifier into the distribution of loads.

We also tried the version with a machine gun. Fundamentally, in sled habits, swift without clutch does not differ. Unless once again I notice that on low -closed car carriers with a machine gun, the sensitivity of the gas pedal is higher than on cars with a mechanical transmission.

Love or love?
Of course, we had a handicap: by visiting such events more than once, we know in advance what to pay attention to with such a short acquaintance with the car. The layman, especially the female,, of which there was a lot of on the test, it is not easy to understand what kind of beast this new Suzuki is. Many noted a nice and comfortable, leaving the test cars.

I agree with the first. Especially in the rally coloring, the Suzukov compact really attracts attention. But there is also a full -time sports body kit that turns the Swift into a city cap. Just don’t tell anyone what engine is under your hood!

Although Suzuki’s motorcycles can definitely shake your hand: get 94 horsepower from a 1.2-liter power unit, without any compressors and turbocharges there, it costs effort. In the end, for urban needs, the herd is quite enough even with an automatic machine, and the economy of the engine will be delighted at all.

Convenience in the car is relative. As noted earlier, Swift is not too glad of tall guests. It is convenient to get settled to get the no steady adjustment of the steering wheel, which is doubly strange for a car with a richest basic configuration. Well, if you need to transport something more than a couple of packages from a supermarket, the owner is awaiting complete disappointment. Swift's trunk is very small.

If Swift still sunk in the heart, do not be too lazy to ride it again and preferably longer, taking the car from the nearest dealer. Perhaps sympathy will be only a flash of surging feelings, and, perhaps, will become love for life.

Once again about prices
The choice of a small heart -eater is offered with one single atmospheric engine 1.2, with a capacity of 94 liters. The basic GL package can be selected with a 5-step mechanics or a four-band automaton. The first option costs 559,000 rubles, the second 599,000 rubles. GLX equipment is exclusively two -popular and is offered for 639,000 rubles.

Even having chosen the simplest version, the buyer will be satisfied with the equipment: ABS, ESP, seven (!) Pillows of safety, air conditioning, radio and heating the front seats are far from a complete list of Equipment of GL. It is immediately clear that Suzuki Swift decided to stand out from a crowd of classmates.
