The mischievous Solaris, similar to an alien anrahnid from the film, a star landing, as if flew to us from another planet. The budget car has never been so attractive! But Hyundai, who was on the test, was equipped with a minimum. Black mirrors, door handles, black inserts in the bumper in the place of missing fog, stamped wheels. Now just imagine what more expensive versions are!
Polo Sedan is also good in its own way. Yes, he is conservative, calm for my taste, even a little bored, but he does not give out his budget. Moreover, VW is immediately recognized in it. And this is fundamentally distinguished by a three -bob Polo from inexpensive VW of the past. Both Pointer and Fox sold in Europe were not 100% Volkswagen. From some angles, they resembled the crafts of the Brazilian children, especially since both came to the old world from the country of wild monkeys. In the appearance of Polo Sedan, the hand of the master, the hand and the strong ones are felt. Passat, Jetta, Polo of one field of berry. And this is the best compliment to the creators of Polo Sedan.
But the design of Logan is more likely a reminder of what the life of the proletariat was in the near past. We are used to waiting for the French car of charm and elegance, and Logan and after restyling in such things are not very informed. Moreover, the chrome strip on the radiator grille, beautiful color and cast discs made Renault similar to the provincial, who went to conquer the capital, having previously applied all the available cosmetics and wrapping himself in a clumsy colorful scarf. The situation with the salons is similar. Polo and Solaris are just compact Volkswagen and Hyundai, respectively. Familiar to other models of the German brand steering wheel, instrument panel, music and climate control unit. Accordingly, all the jambs have long been known. Well, why is the lighting of the instruments white, the music is blue, and the buttons on the doors are orange? And why did the distance between the different positions of the automatic transmission lever made so small? How many times have I turned on a neutral instead of reverse and sports regime instead of a drive! But this is not a trouble with Polo, you will face the same problems, even if you give one and a half million for Passat. But the materials of the finish could be moreatical. Hard plastic everywhere! However, the Germans managed to cunningly disguise him as soft. Yes, so that not every Soft-Touch on an expensive car is the same soft on the first look!

Hyundai inside is more budget. And the point is primarily in the configuration. Going to pick up the car into a car dealership, I took an iPod with me, because in expensive Solaris trim levels it has a USB connector. What was my surprise when in the very heart of the central console, in the place where music was supposed to be, a black hole gaped! As a result, the iPod was still useful, I just put the headphones in the ears. Meanwhile, the price of a standard audio system with MP3 support is 10,500 rubles. For this money, you can buy a good two -day head of a third -party manufacturer, and will still remain on the speakers. So the Koreans are well done, which made it possible to purchase a car without a standard musical system. Young people will appreciate.

But Logan can not contrast anything inside competitors. An obsolete design with randomly scattered huge buttons, a large steering wheel is not the most convenient shape, a radio with a disgusting sound and a poor technique of radio stations even in the center of Moscow. It would be better if without a radio! And what are the spots of paint on the mounts of the front seats salads?! The most interesting thing is that on each bolt a spot of a different color. Is it really any car assembled within the walls of the former AZLK becomes a Muscovite? But it is not all that bad. Logan is wider and above all other participants. Renault is the only car in the test in which the three of us can sit. And large people will be more convenient in Renault.

And if you take a chance for many years of friendship and put a best friend in the trunk? Even with such a load, Logan is the unevenness at a speed of 100 km/h, as if it were a joint at the flyover. I have never driven a car with such an amazing suspension in my life! Add to this a huge road clearance, which many crossovers, and legendary reliability are envied, and you will understand why Logan is so popular. It is difficult for me to imagine a car more suitable for Russia.

Yes, in motion it resembles AvtoVAZ products more than a European car: on the pedals and lever of vibration, when accelerated, the driver's chair deviates back, choosing a backlash, and the steering wheel amplifier is a little weak. But in general, Logan does not seem to be a nonsense on the go. A very honest car that gives even more than you expect from it.

Polo and Solaris are different. They are more modern and more perfect, but, alas, they are worse adapted to our conditions. I'm not talking about Moscow now, but about that Russia where asphalt has not changed from the era of stagnation. The main scourge of the Korean car is too soft the rear suspension. As a result, even with minimal loading of the feed of the machine, he sides and unpleasantly sways on irregularities. Even worse things are in turn. On the third ring, on a rather cool right turn between the Warsaw highway and Leninsky Prospekt, there is a place that is ideal for evaluating the suspension. The tough joints of the overpass allow you to understand how the machine overcomes irregularities in the bend. So, even at a speed of 90 km/h Solaris unpleasantly wags the stern and goes to a steeper trajectory. And this means that with increasing speed or decreasing adhesive properties (in rain or snow), the Korean sedan can fall into the skid. Given the powerful motors that Solaris has, this can cause trouble. Surely among the buyers of the Hyundai sedan there will be many young people who will drive on Solaris. Wouldn't be beaten! It is good that at least the ESP is installed in the Family top configuration, which can also be ordered for the Comfort configuration in the options package for 29,500 rubles. Maybe it is worth equipping ESP and cheaper configurations?

But Solaris is an extremely dynamic machine with excellent settings of all controls. The steering wheel, exemplary brakes, a fairly short-term box, an informative clutch pedal if you take off to the build-up of the stern, then riding the Hyundai sedan simply becomes pleasure.
There are also contradictions in the character of Polo Sedan. The suspension is tough in German, so the car confidently holds on the asphalt even at high speed. But the empty steering wheel interferes with a nimble. Understand correctly: many state employees do not dream of such informativeness, but Polo is still VW, and VW should be close to the ideal in everything. Therefore, the demand from it is greater. Yes, Polo is really 100% VW. He has worthy handling, good brakes, a wonderful machine, a beautiful motor. Everything is configured as it should, everything is fine. But somehow without a light. But the excessive noise that does not allow to talk without raising the voice, already 80 km/h, causes emotions. Just like the roar in the suspension when traveling through rails or potholes. This is where the savings pop up. This is what the budget of the sedel from Kaluga is manifested. Nevertheless, I really liked Polo Sedan. Maybe he does not catch, but nothing causes obvious irritation or fear. Do you need these emotions?

SUMMARY
It is no accident that our test begins with a photograph of a destroyed dairy, and ends with a positive field of dandelions. Happiness finally came. In Russia, cars available to the population are produced that are in no way inferior to Western counterparts. Polo and Hyundai are modern cars on which they hardly saved. They are beautiful, dynamic and comfortable. I would advise Polo to representatives of the older generation. He makes the impression of a more balanced car. Solaris Choice of Youth. Nobody offers such power for such little money! In any case, both cars are less suitable for driving on broken roads than Logan, but they look more advantageous in a big city. Renault will take fishing and deliver to the cottage, and overcome any bumps, and all this without any consequences for the chassis. Just do not spend money on all this tinsel of rich sets. Logan is lovely in his honest simplicity. As for me, then I choose Solaris. I like his mischievous disposition and a daring appearance. And so to my liking that I am a step from the purchase.
