If earlier, even the simplest version of the Peugeot 4007 was equipped with a full -wheel drive and a 2.4 -liter engine with a capacity of 170 liters. p., then the current large -sized base involves only the front leading and 147 -horsepower engine with a working volume of 2 liters. Moreover, while this option exists purely virtually. In the price lists, it seems to be, but in fact it is still impossible to buy such a wad. The release of lions with the front rowing wheels in Kaluga promise to establish only by the spring of next year.

However, even if you compare the 4007th drive identical in the power unit and type of drive, then the difference in favor of the Russian assembly is obvious and the weight of 119 thousand on the road is not lying. The configurations for the most part remained the same. I personally know the two owners of the 4007th, who actively and happily use the seven -sevenness of the car to the fullest. However, such distortions of the sets are inevitable difficulties in growth, or rather, in our case, the transfer of the production of the crossover to the factory in Kaluga. The same circumstance can explain the absence among the Russians of the 4007th diesel modifications. So if you like the magnificent duet of the 156 -horsepower turbodiesel and the semi -automatic DCS gearbox with two clutches, rush to Peugeot dealers still have such machines with Made in Japan.

This does not mean at all that the 4007th lack 170 horses of a 2.4-liter gasoline four. On the contrary, for 800 km, passed by car along the route Moscow Kazan, there were no complaints about the dynamics. The Franco-Japanese-Russian crossover, equipped with a very interpreted, unacceptable variator, completely felt himself in the left row and, if necessary, confidently overtook. The only claim: an extremely small volume of the fuel tank for such a machine, only 50 liters. Alas, you have to come to terms with this. But PEUGEOT representatives do not exclude that over time the crossover will again receive both a turbodiesel and the third row of seats. Well, with the transition to the production of models in a full cycle, the assembly with coloring and welding in Kaluga should start the price by 2013, it will be excluded, it will become even more attractive.

Reliable in all situations, but not too acute handling is close to the ideal for a family machine.

There are no complaints to the expanse. But the profile and location of the sofa pillow is very unsuccessful.

Comfort
Decent sound insulation and good smoothness of the course even on 18 -inch wheels.
