Therefore, this article is not for them, it is intended for those to whom Galant still liked and who wants to know more about it.
 
General impressions
The former Galant was a slender and purposeful car, even a little evil. The last generation model is not at all like that: her look is naive, well -fed. The feed remained, as before modernization, inexpressive: the elongated rear lights look at least strange to why the squint is completely devoid of swiftness?
 
It just looks like a salon: minimum buttons, frills too. In addition, the quality of the finishing materials is not the highest. I must say that, despite the impressive dimensions, there are not so many places inside, and the trunk does not seem huge. But the ergonomics are excellent, using all the equipment is very convenient.
 
On the go, the car makes a good impression: the version with a 3.8-liter engine is not delivered to our market, but the 2.4-liter unit is basically enough. He gives Galant a decent dynamics, of course he will not argue with Camry 3.5 V6, but he pulls with dignity for his volume. The Japanese sedan is also distinguished by good handling, which, by the way, managed to combine 165 mm with a high road clearance to crawl something to torn something to torn something.

Choosing a body

In the performance of Instyle (909,000 rubles), they offer a set of equipment, which is more characteristic of a more prestigious business class car. Of the especially significant additions to Intense, one can note the hatch, more advanced music with a CD chain and eight speakers, a leather upholstery and an electric drive of a driver's seat.
 
There is another option for configuration instyle (971 640 rubles). The main difference from simple performance is the color display in the central console, which displays the image from the rear view camera.
 
Additives?
Mitsubishi traditionally imports cars in fixed trim levels, so there are no options for the Galant. Unless individual dealers offer to supplement the car with alarm, rubber rugs, a pre -heater and other accessories.

Toyota Camry
The unambiguous leader of the segment, in terms of sales of Camry, leads in the business class. The machine has a high -quality salon and a decent level of comfort. Unlike Mitsubishi, there is not one engine in the Camry line: in addition to the basic 2.4-liter four (more powerful than Galant), there is a mighty V6 (275 hp).

Compared to its predecessor, the fifth sonata NF gives the impression of a real car with an excellent salon and an acceptable level of sled comfort. As in the case of Galant, the most powerful (in this case is a 3.3-liter) engine did not get to us, but there is a good 2.7-liter V6.
 
Chevrolet Epica
With such a low cost of the car, the salon is very pleasant: it looks quite expensive and is made of normal materials. The level of comfort is also pleasing: Chevrolet goes along our roads quite smoothly. The lack of powerful power units is upset: the top engine is even weaker than the 2.4-liter four of Galant.
