This year, the result promises to be even better: the Japanese were born by the updated version of the model.
Formally, the sedan remained the same. The Japanese, as usual, went along the path of least resistance, limiting himself to the so -called minor Change. As a result, the external differences between the restyled infiniti m and the predecessor, by and large, are reduced only to the presence of new bumper, a modified radiator grille, decorative linings on the thresholds and decreased in the size of the rear lights. For the rest, the buyer will be offered the same dynamic and rather freshly fresh sedan, profitably, in our opinion, differing from most competitors who have bored with the public. A year and a half, of course, the term is also considerable, but on the roads the novelty has not yet become confused, so that the branded mixture of image -based thoroughness and muscular aggression expressed in its exterior is definitely more interesting than on the same Bavarian five. Yes, and the Mercedes E-class Emka is second only to the notorious respectability. But the stern of the sedan is still heavy. However, let's not forget that we are still talking about restyling.
There are even fewer visible changes in the cabin. There is the same bunk architecture, the optimal level of comfort and well -calculated ergonomics ... In a word, it will be extremely difficult to notice innovations without priorly studying the corresponding list. In particular, the instrument panel was subjected to some rethinking, and the central 7-inch display received more understandable control. The remaining innovations relate only to the lists of standard and additional equipment, as well as the design of the salon. But they must be admitted a lot.
In the latter case, we are talking about new colors of leather upholstery and changed texture of materials. As for the equipment, the side mirrors, the rain sensor, front and rear parking sensors (in addition to the color chamber of the rear view), adaptive lighting systems and tire pressure control are now included in the standard completion. The entertainment center with a screen mounted on the ceiling and an advanced Bose Studio Surround audio system are still available, this time, however, with 14 speakers (a pair of additional ones is now located in the backs of the front seats). However, the main innovation here is Russified navigation.
By the way, it is fully adapted (the voice, the names of roads and settlements as on the Audi A6 or Mercedes-Benz E-class), but Infiniti has problems with the map. Both capitals, of course, are covered, the same in principle concerns the main highways and the regions adjacent to the megalopolis, in particular, the nearest Moscow Region. Nevertheless, it is worth going out for a 30-kilometer barrier, the system ceases to notice not only lanes, but also large on the scale of the individual area of \u200b\u200bthe road, where public transport also goes.
The same applies to some intersections. In particular, your correspondent had a chance to get into an unpleasant situation, when an equivalent fork, on which there was not a single pointer, the system recognized as a straight road without any junctions or branches. As a result, the error turned into 10 minutes of lost time spent on its correction. In general, a regular atlas of a driver of such a car will still have to carry with him, and this is already a significant minus. True, Nissan representatives promise that the card will be constantly updated and its next version will appear by the fall.
Infiniti M technical filling during restyling was not affected at all. In accordance with the desire of the client under the hood of Emki, a 3.5-liter V6 VQ family and a hot 339-horsepower eight may turn out to be both traditional for Nissan cars. By the way, the basic motor is more suitable for the sedan. Firstly, he does not enclose the driver with a frantic temperament, but at the same time provides the sedan with quite decent dynamics in the entire speed range. At the same time, the machine behaves much more quick. At least jerks and delays, as on a sports M45, are invisible even on Kikdown. Such a sedan will delight passengers and softer suspensions. Moreover, this is not realized to the detriment of controllability: like a top modification, M35 is excellently steel, it does not grieve with rolls and buildup and at the same time holds the way perfectly. Although here a not the last role is played by a branded system of all -wheel drive. Even through wet asphalt, the car equipped with ATTESA E-TS goes like rails, nor a yota without deviating from a given path. However, whether it is worth overpaying the question for it. In principle, for safe driving, the average driver will have enough stabilization system: with impressive delicacy, it works very accurately and efficiently. On the other hand, in addition to comfort, a premium business bar should provide its inhabitants with the maximum level of security, otherwise it will be unclaimed.
Although infiniti m does not concern. The car is already sold, and not bad. Another thing is that to make forecasts regarding the domestic premium segment the work is ungrateful. He was always distinguished by extreme conservatism. The ruling German diaspora does not complain, as a rule, limited to the annual part of the bomb, so only the Lexus leaders quickly burst into the alignment of the forces, so far, has so far on the alignment of forces. Infiniti is not enough for such breakthroughs today: the brand is relatively young, and this is its main problem. With a crazy design and attractive price of the client, you can no longer lure the rich more likely to pay attention to comfort and respectability. And if Infiniti M is all right with the first parameter, then the second requires confirmation. And this takes time. Buyers' trust is not won here in a year or even in two, nevertheless, the newcomer now has plenty of time.
The letter M became the cause of the lawsuit between Nissan and BMW. The Germans considered the use of the brand they registered 30 years ago, in 2006 filed a lawsuit in the Canadian Federal Court and achieved a positive decision. However, in the summer of 2007, the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada took the Nissan.
