Or maybe, on the contrary, I am glad that at least someone brightened up his boring night watch. Together with Infiniti G37, I gave him an interesting half -hour show.
 
It is a pity that it was only half an hour at my disposal. They flew by, as one moment, I did not want to leave so much I liked the new Infiniti G37. Having disconnected the stabilization system and transferring the gearbox to manual mode, I threw the car out of the turn with fanatical obsession, each time surprised at the stunning tenacious of the chassis and the brutal engine temperament on short straight lines. The first two programs are displayed to the limit of 7500 rpm instantly, the main thing is to catch the right steering petal in time, otherwise an honest checkpoint will hang on a limiter. What do dry acceleration figures mean to hundreds in 6 seconds compared to the drive that gives this compartment? It is impossible to describe the riot of the motor at high speeds neither numbers nor words. It must be seen and felt. To see how the tachometer arrow swifts rapidly on its scale, drops a little down when switching and again inexorably continues its movement to the coveted mark 7500. Feel the fifth point, clouding in the eyes, tension in the steering wheel and ribs into which rollers of adjustable side support are absorbed in the corners sports seats.
It’s a pity, oh, it’s a pity that they passed so quickly, no, these half an hour flew ... so I wanted to stretch the pleasure longer, to infinity. But the guard unequivocally shows me for his watch. By the way, the power plant of the G35 sedan was deprived of this system and had a smaller one of 200 cm in volume. In addition, the VQ37VHR engine still has a number of features that are more characteristic of a sports car: lightweight pistons with molybdenum coating, iridium candles, a more hard crankcase, symmetrical inlet and release. Of course, the VQ35 engine, installed on the sedan, is also by no means a weakling, but there is no such frenzy and willingness at any time to unwind to the limit in it. But the sound, despite the changed release, remained almost the same. In my opinion, one could give him a little more aggression and significance. It is generally accepted that the compartment is a car for two. In the case of Infiniti G37, this is not entirely true. On the one hand, the G37 has a rather spacious rear row of seats. We were convinced of this, going the three of our colleagues in a very long, long journey long, long journey. At the same time, we are all higher than average height, and one in general for 190 cm. No one complained about excessive constraint.
On the other hand, the G37 is definitely a car for an egoist driver. Because only he, carried away by the management process, does not pay attention to the frankly weak sound insulation and a very tangible shaking. A very hard suspension and 19-inch wheels are not the best option for mediocre quality. On some irregularities, passengers literally threw up. Infiniti does not offer a compromise. This is really a sportkup, and the prefix sport here is absolutely not for a red word. But on the perfectly even coating, the G37 is able to give a lot of pleasure. As soon as an open section of a good road appeared ahead, I without hesitation, I had a gas pedal. Infiniti rushed forward with an arrow, dashingly gaining speed of 200 km/h. Overtaking and restructuring for him seeds. The car, obeying the easy movement of the steering wheel (the steering mechanism is here with a variable gear ratio), with acute and clarity, the card changes the direction of movement. And on the winding narrow paths of the G37 at ease.
Moreover, this is his element. He stands on an arc with almost no rolls. The rotation is close to neutral. Each time, attacking a steep turn, I understood that to the edge when the magnificent Potenza Re050 tires would lose contact with the road, still very far. But even then I was almost half as much as the average cars! This is an indisputable merit of two -leaf in the front and the system of steering rear wheels 4was. The Japanese have always been famous for this kind of things. It is enough to recall at least the previous generations of the Nissan Skyline GT-R. It will be appropriate to say that the Infiniti G37 in Japan is called in any way than Nissan Skyline. Therefore, it is clear where the legs grow from. But at the same time, it is clear why GT-R has now become a separate model.
Yes, the G37 is fast and chains. But, despite impressive power and honed controllability, before brutality, uncompromising and crazy GT-R dynamics is far from him. These are cars performing in different weight categories. Infiniti has grown from a completely ordinary sedan and is adapted to urban operation. To do this, he has a completely comfortable interior, and the Bose audio system, and a spacious rear row of seats. A dashboard with playful white-violet scales and a display of the multimedia system unequivocally hints about the civilianity of this coupe. GT-R remains a real racer, and the recently set a nourburgering record is excellent confirmation. In addition, a person who bought an Infiniti car of the Nissan luxury unit is unlikely to be tuning it, while most GT-R acquire for this. Whatever you say, different target audiences in these cars, so we once again recognize the logic of the separation of these two models.

Until the insanity, to fatigue, to infinity, although it is unlikely, of course, people who can afford to buy an Infiniti compartment buy it for such entertainment
