The motor is really great. He has a very good moment in the middle zone, and this, along with a short 8-speed automatic, helps the compartment shoot even at high speed. Not to mention urban speeds. In general, the speakers in everyday life are enough for the eyes.

Probably, in this way the Koreans wanted to play up to the possible breakdowns of the unit. But high price. At the cost of falling pleasure from driving. The suspension makes the riding comfortable, but does not promise the complete involvement of the control process and a full range of sensations from driving a sports car. Although, of course, you can easily and pleasantly go to Genesis Coupe quickly. And very good noise insulation for this also works. But if you compare this machine, for example, with the Nissan 370z (even adjusted for the power of the motor), it will be necessary to admit that the latter is much more sporty. It is a pity, right, that we do not have the opportunity to saddle the 380GT version. There, perhaps, there would be a slightly different alignment.
In the meantime, we have to state that the Koreans did the right work on the mistakes. They pulled out their appearance, refreshed the salon, inconsistently added horsepower and replaced the machine with a new one. The car is really loser, it has become more frozen. Her running quality has gained a balance. But does this mean that sales of the compartment will go up?
It is difficult to answer this question definitely. But there are prerequisites for this. If you evaluate the market offers at the request of a compact sport cape, it will become clear that for 1.6 million rubles you will not buy a machine with a motor of such power and rear-wheel drive. Audi TT is the front drive. A couple of Subara Toyota a little from another opera. Nissan 370z is not for sale. Infiniti G37 is much more expensive, and so on. So for those who have already been used to the dominance of Koreans among Russian foreign cars, it can be admitted that Genesis Coupe is quite a product for money.
