Honda Civic car review

Honda Civic Type R
It was decided that the CIVIC of a new sample will be made in 4 and 5-door performance in Japan, and the 3-door in England. There are several reasons for this, and the main one can be given that the demand for a three -door hatchback in the Japanese market is very cool, and in Europe a huge demand for three -door cars. In other words, this is manifested by the Honda development plan, based on its global approach - to produce a car exactly where there is demand for it. Although in relation to the three -door Honda Civic Type R model, which, as an exception, gained popularity within the country, I will say that it was strongly awaited even after the new version of Integra Type R.
The Honda Civic Type R is a car that is prepared in order to confront the sports versions of competing fiat, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, and Opel as the main contender from the Civic family. Strategically, the car acquired the character of a sports model that meets the European taste, but not as radical as its opponents. Taking into account the Civic Type R of the previous generation, the new Type R, designed to import to Japan, appeared in more Spartan than its European counterpart. In the European specification, it gives the maximum capacity of 200 hp, while the Japanese version is 210 hp, and its chassis has a much more rigid setting.

Impressions of movement like Integra Type R
What is its difference from Integra Type R? It seems that even Honda herself experiences a strong difficulty when answering this question. We came to the conclusion that Integra was made with an emphasis on turning and crazy handling, while Civic is distinguished by emphasis on stability. But it does not follow from this that the new Civic Type R is a frivolous car.
It resembles the former Civic Type R, which, clinging to all four wheels, passed the turns with acceleration. In addition to this, there is a feeling that an effective LSD system, sensitive to a torque, jerks a machine with a jerk.
To say frankly, the impression is that in renunciation Integra and Civic are the same. However, in Integra, if the gas is released at the marginal speed, the ass goes to the skid, that is, the grab is manifested too much. On the contrary, the back of Civic at the same speed and actions is not prone to skidding. If you do not consciously practice such a driving manner, but to drive measuredly, then stability will always be felt, and the car will not cause concern.
The engine power in Integra 220 hp, in Civic by 5 hp. Less, but this does not lead to slowness. The steering amplifier is electric, maybe due to the lack of loss of power of the difference in the output power, it is almost not felt. On the contrary, you feel the joy of the operation of a functional atmospheric engine, combined with an extremely sensitive six -speed manual gearbox.

In pursuit of high -quality running properties without compromising for practicality
Integra has a body form, so the rear seats are quite cramped, the CIVIC is more spacious than it seems. In a four- and five-door version, it has the same even floor and a sufficient supply of space on the rear seats above the head and in the legs.
Civic combines high -speed and other characteristics characteristic of a front -wheel drive sports car, as well as space that allows four adults to accommodate. The three -door Civic is quite easy to control. When comparing with a regular passenger car, the car is definitely harsh (most likely this is due to increased hardness of the body and suspension), but without irritating unpleasant rigidity. Ultimately, the differences in the characteristics between Integra Type R and Civic Type R are very insignificant, in their aggressive behavior they are also very similar, so that it can be said that this is the same machine with different forms.
And no matter what they say, you can only welcome the fact that users who love speed most have the possibility of choosing a machine with such a character, with a body compartment or in the form of a three -door hatchback.
