I don’t really understand what cities this car was calculated in. Honda Accord, in my opinion, does not get modernity. I will explain. A modern city car has an abundance of electronic things. Today it is supposed to put a large information display in the car - Honda rivals have long understood this. Motorists are spoiled by displays on which you can see everything you need, and many more that is not needed at all. What is happening there with a car, weather, a road atmosphere and a situation in the world on TV are insanely interesting. And everyone wants to know about this a little more than it is available through the windshield.
For a car such as Honda Accord, it would be nice to have something else except the receiver, climate control and compact disk player. Claims for sports in the form of Kevlar linings near the gearbox and iron inserts on the steering wheel are not cheaper than useful, without any complaints, options in the form of a phone or navigation.
On the other hand, for some reason it seems to me that even a notestone-raiser appreciated if the sports spirit of the car were supported by something more than Kevlar alone. He would be high on the display, for example, how the revolutions grow, how the computer makes a checking of various systems ... It is not so expensive, but it would look spectacular. In general, dryness in the design of the devices, revived only by scarlet lighting, is inappropriate in the 21st century. Even in a car like S. This dryness is like a reminder to the driver: they say, you have nothing to touch something here, we will do everything for you.
The design of the steering column also raises questions. Why on the steering wheel (hard, correct rally configurations and grip) on the right side is the Kirio-Control control key, which in the world, except on the USA, do not use. Either remove everything, or add everything you can. In any case, duplicate transfers of gearboxes would look more appropriate for a lonely cruise control button.
It will be not enough. No, I am ready to accept Honda asceticism. But if you play ascetic, then play to the end. And I will prove in practice what the ascetic is capable of. I don't need anything at all. Remove the radio, soft upholstery, air conditioning, electro -regulation and machine gun. Give me real mechanics, and not a stick with a twist, three pedals, not two, and I will demonstrate to the roots somewhere in my country house, what is 190 horses in muscular hands. But in the city I do not need such a car. Even a car with half comfort I do not need. From such a car I expect more compliments from the chief designer, more small pleasant things that will serve me as a consolation for the money spent. This car should be opened more for a person. Yes, yes, I know that everything is bought and everything is sold and options can be pulled even by such a car as Izh Oda. But what is the joy of this?
I don’t know what cars are included in the list of direct competitors of Honda Accord Type S. But if you fantasize about fast seconds, laurels, champagne cups and girls in bright topics, it is better to fantasize with all amenities.
