The decoration of the seats from the combination of smooth skin and suede is emphasized by a neat white stitching seams, which, incidentally, can also be seen on the already mentioned doors, on the armrest and on the steering wheel.
From the latter, the audio system and the on -board computer are managed. Here it is worth noting a very convenient location of the color display on the dashboard. Ford calls this seemingly standard function a phrase man-machine. The lack of need to look away far from the road, undoubtedly increases the safety of driving.
 
A sense of confidence in Ford Mondeo is provided by seven airbags, a traumatic steering wheel, which is folded during the impact. The pedals, by the way, are also displaced with a frontal blow, thereby reducing the risk of trauma to the driver. The set of active means of safety includes an anti -lock brake system, electronic distribution of brake efforts, and emergency braking.
The position of the wheel of Ford Mondeo is tuned in a couple of seconds using an electric drive. Panorama mirrors more than is enough to evaluate the situation on the road through catching up cars. However, the information content of the steering wheel and a turbocharged diesel engine give it other advantages. With maneuvers at speeds above hundreds, a sense of confidence in a car is unlikely to leave the driver. During the acceleration, turboyama is practically not felt, but in the speed set after hundreds there is a certain failure associated with switching the transmission by automatic.
Fuel consumption per hundred kilometers throughout the entire test drive did not exceed eight liters. For such economy, you should say thanks to the diesel engine. By the way, refilling directly through the Mondeo pistol will not work, you will need a funnel that is hidden in the luggage compartment. The manufacturer in the manual calls this method of protection from a fool in order to prevent the engine with gasoline. In my opinion, the blonde, the defense is strange, why in the same funnel you can not insert a hose from a column with the same AI 95, for example? But the funnel removes the problem of different diameters of pistols for cargo and passenger transport.
At a time when Europe gradually switches to hybrid engines, diesel is gradually gaining popularity in Russia. And, despite the fact that many gas stations promise diesel fuel to the appropriate quality, experienced recommend carrying a canister of fuel with a proven refueling.
