The Americans are on average much less picky - their typical set usually includes a two -liter motor with a machine gun, a velor salon, air conditioning, a pair of electric windows, two pillows, a mandatory cruise control and, perhaps, ABS (although cars without it also come across) . There are much less often on an on -board computer, anti -circus system, electric mirrors, leather salon and hatch.
There were special series produced once a year. For example, Kona Edishn was equipped with a bicycle (!), A trunk for its transportation, rugs and covers with a logo. For music lovers, Sonya Limited Edishn with subwoofers and a three -lane acoustic system of the company of the same name with a total capacity of 460 watts! (Another musical box was called Mac Audio.) The Russians have their own pride and special logic: with a relatively low income level, the people preferred almost the most sophisticated options. At the same time, a leather steering wheel, cast wheels, fog lights and expensive music easily coexisted with the lack of ABS and one or two airbags (and that’s just because the words from the base cannot be thrown out). But all Russian machines are equipped with a special engine control program (to facilitate cold start) and longer springs that provide solid road clearance. And this is not the only argument in favor of ours.

An unpleasant surprise can present to customers of European versions of Focus a diesel engine. Non -adapted to our fuel and climate, these motors will probably require more thorough, and most importantly, qualified care. But dealers do not like to contact other people's modifications: after all, in the absence of scheduled ones, then (owners of backing machines with a guarantee they prefer cheaper services) it is unprofitable to keep the equipment and train staff for random customers. And no one will store spare parts for the future. All hope is for non -authorized services. But the diesel-stir is thin, then how lucky.
Even worse than the owners of used Americans. Other - legal nature is added to the problem of service and spare parts. The most popular is the inconsistency of their lighting equipment to our GOSTs. True, the authorities declared a temporary truce, but they can break it at any time. In addition, there is no engine number on the American car, including on the focus, which often causes problems (financial) when registering. There is something on trifles: the location of the license plates will not be suitable (and the change in the installation of the rear will pull the transfer of its lighting), and instead of the usual liters with kilometers, you will have to get used to miles and gallons.
