With a trunk attached to the back of the Peugeot 206 Sedan, it began to look like a small six hundred seventh. At the same time, it is completely sustained in the corporate style of the brand and looks quite good. In general, Peugeot is one of the few brands that have retained their corporate identity to this day. So it is with this sedan: at first glance it is clear that this is PEUGEOT, no matter what side you look at. Although the hatchback is still prettier.
Black plastic moldings are encircled around the perimeter of the car. Door handles and rear -view mirrors are also made of black plastic. In my opinion, a very reasonable decision.
The interior of the salon seemed modern and stylish. The devices are well read, however, the speedometer, according to the French tradition, is digitized by odd dozens: 10,30,50 this does not cause inconvenience, but unusual. Cute in shape the steering wheel is optimal both in the cross section and in diameter and pleasant to the touch.
The seats are the most ordinary. With my height of 182 cm, you can get a job quite comfortable. But it is convenient to accommodate in the back seat behind a high driver: the legs rest on the front chair.
I was pleased with the large volume of the glove box. Here, perhaps, I can put a charger for a phone, a flashlight, a roadmap, and a stack of CDs. But surprise was caused by its cover, which has a fabric finish. What for? I wonder how quickly it smaches or is getting isolated? The lateral pockets are quite large on the doors. Just the dream of a flea market like me.
A review back through glass and side mirrors are not at all good, and there are no problems with parking. Therefore, Parctronics seemed to me an option completely superfluous. His squeak, rather, is confusing and interferes with adequately evaluate distances.
The trunk is quite deep, but only the fungent coverage of the floor, in my opinion, is not the best solution. In addition to this, the side upholstery panels eat a considerable distance.
On the course of Peugeot a very lively, a frisky car on which you enjoy driving: moderately a sharp steering wheel, pedals with a good feedback on which it is easy to dose the effort, a clear gear shift, although the levers are rather sweeping. The car enters into turns almost without rolls, and a dense suspension easily copes with road irregularities. The lateral support of the seats, however, leaves much to be desired, and the brakes could be more poeming.
The clearance of the car is quite small, combined with long overhangs when parking to a high border in front of a front or back, forces to be careful, as with the passage of bedridden police and large potholes on the road.

At the first glance at Albea, it is generally not clear which brand this car, and only the nameplate on the radiator grille gives out its origin. Outwardly, this fiat is absolutely faceless. It looks like all cars of his class at the same time. In my opinion, if you bring a certain average image of a modern inexpensive machine, you will get something close to Albea. In the design there is not a single memorable line turned away and forgot.
I immediately drew attention to a large road clearance: such a definite police or broken tram tracks are not terrible to such a certain.
I can say about the same about the salon as the appearance. The front panel is absolutely ingenuous, like the shape of the steering wheel, the angle of inclination of which seemed too large to me. Bumped almost in the battleship, he immediately called an association with the VAZ classic. In addition, a massive hub overlaps the characters on steering wheel switches. There are no complaints about the combination of devices: all scales have a large digitization and are well read. The presence of an on -board computer in a car where everything emphasizes its budget, it seemed strange to me. Here you perceive it as an attribute of a higher class car.
But the salon pleased with good visibility and spaciousness: both in front and behind you can get a job with comfort. And the front seats deserve a separate praise: very comfortable, with good lateral support.

For a number of Fiat solutions used, perhaps more practical. But nevertheless, choosing between cars that are close in basic parameters and price, I would prefer the style and running qualities of two hundred and sixth practicality and rationalism Albea, in the design of which there is not a single memorable line and forgot. From 206 m, everything is different: at first glance it is clear that this is PEUGEOT, no matter what side you look at. In general, Peugeot is one of the few brands that have preserved corporate identity to this day.

Fiat Albea and Peugeot 206 Sedan quite strong figures on the battlefield for the consumer in this price segment. However, as it seems to us, Albea in its consumer properties is still a more advantageous option.
