The maximum comfortable speed for an SUV is 100-110 km/h. The shaking and noise in the updated car really decreased, the Niva became more comfortable and smoother, holds the line well. On the idle, however, the vibration of the gearbox lever remained, although it became less nervous. The brakes initially seem cotton, but this is a matter of habit. The information content of the steering is good, the rolls are minimal in corners.
The car feels great not only outside the asphalt, but also in the city: due to compact dimensions. Only the steering wheel in parking conditions is heavy, despite the hydraulic power steering.

If you discard the jokes aside, then security systems are really not neglected. A more powerful engine would not have prevented the car. However, as the company representatives reported during the presentation of the novelty, GM Avtovaz has such plans, but it is too early to disclose details. Here, the accessibility of the car for customers is at the forefront, so the plant engineers are looking for opportunities to improve the machine without increasing cost.
By the way, the updated Chevrolet Niva did not rise in price. Its cost still starts with 420,000 rubles is the simplest equipment without air conditioning, 29,000 rubles must be paid for the air conditioner. The second equipment costs 469,000 rubles, with air conditioning 497,000 rubles. The advantages of the car are also in participation in the state program of preferential car loans and disposal.

Chevrolet Niva is essentially a compact crossover with excellent off -road characteristics. You can’t call a 320 liter trunk with a volume of 320 liters, but if necessary, you can fold the rear seats and get 650 liters of cargo space. And most importantly, complete indifference to the features of Russian roads. If GM Avtovaz offers a more powerful power unit and lifts the safety of the machine, remaining in more or less affordable price frames, then Chevrolet Niva will not have competitors.

The company intends to study the opinion and wishes of consumers within a few months after launching an updated car and further plan the improvement of the Russian SUV number one.
