A high degree of body rigidity also contributes to the excellent controllability of the BMW 125i, of course, in tandem with a balanced and configured suspension. This was confirmed by landfill tests.

Moreover, the result is stable even after ten consecutive braking, that is, with the most heated brake mechanisms. Given the soft top of the convertible, there is a feeling that the noise inside is much higher than if there was a hard top. But not everything is so critical. Of course, the noise is slightly higher, but modern materials do their job. As a result, in the cabin only 2-3 dB is noisier than in a similar machine with a hard roof.
Tests at the Dmitrovsky training ground gave an answer to the main question. With properly designed body and well -balanced suspension, the behavior of the car is no different from the manners of an analogue with a hard top. At the same time, you get a lot of pleasant bonuses, such as a clear sky above your head.
Even more powerful, even faster
Six motors are offered to choose from. Four gasoline and two diesel. The most interesting in the line is a gasoline engine with an index of 135i. Its volume, despite the nameplate, is 2979 cm3.
