Still, tuning is an amazing thing! When it seems that for some car everything has long been invented and there will be nothing fundamentally new now, someone takes another decisive step and gives out something amazing. In our case, it was Russian tuners who made a small revolution in the Audi TT modification, and this is especially pleasant.
Change of weapons
Previously, the owner of this remarkable in all senses of the sports car was TT Coupe 2.0 TFSI with a 2-liter turbocharger engine and front-wheel drive. Not a slow car at all. Its motor develops a capacity of 200 hp. At 51006000 rpm and torque 280 N.M at 18005000 rpm. Acceleration to 100 km/h occupies 6.6 s with a conventional mechanical transmission and 6.4 C with a transmission S-Tronic. The maximum speed is 240 km/h. Very worthy parameters! However, this owner TT seemed to be little. The car was modified by bringing the power to very solid 280 forces. But nevertheless, the owner chose to part with the car and acquired another TT this time 3.2 Quattro 2007 release in the most complete configuration. Under the hood, atmospheric engine VR6 with a volume of 3.2 liters. It produces 250 forces at 6300 rpm and 320 N. M in the range of 28003200 rpm. In acceleration, the top TT is significantly stronger than its turbocharges. To a hundred, it accelerates in 5.9 C on mechanics or 5.7 s on S-Tronic. The maximum speed is also a very good limit of 250 km/h, given by an electronic limiter, the car reaches without much difficulty. And everything is fine, if not for one but Audi TT is quite common, and the owner did not want to see a twin at a traffic light or at a nightclub. There is only one tuning tool from monotony!
From auto -couture
The owner of TT turned to the metropolitan company Autocouture: I need my car to always and everywhere in the spotlight. It should become unique. How it will be done and how much the project will result in, it did not worry. TT was done as his tuning masters saw, turnkey. We take a chance to conclude that the auto couture is one of the most highly qualified tuners of Russia. The CEO of the company Kirill Chigir said in an interview that it was important for the atelier to develop not just a set of accessories to a fashionable car, but to do something completely original, what no one has done yet, create a new image ...
Of course, the main attention of the exterior and interior, because it is they who form the image. But they did not forget about the filling either. At the moment, sports mufflers of the German brand ABT Sportsline (brand No. 1 in tuning Audi) have been installed and catalysts are cut out. Electronic control is reconfigured, the brass mode is specially spelled out in the brains. The increase amounted to 40 forces and 40 N.M. The car went more fun. It will become very fun when the engine is equipped with a mechanical supercharger, as the owner planned. Probably, at the same time, you will have to redo the chassis to change the suspension, brakes ...
But with the appearance of work, already completed. One could hang an aerodynamic body kit that all tuners do. But the auto -couture did not want to act according to the template. They developed a new body coloring scheme. Red and black colors are always a winning combination, from which any car becomes brighter. But the simple coloring of the compartment seemed to the tuners of little interest. Moreover, they abandoned ready -made enamels, deciding to create their own, author's color. They experimented with shades of red for a long time, mixing paints. When the right color was received, the tuners again went their own way: they stopped at the final supermatoma, and not a glossy version. Part of the body was painted with matte black paint. The machine acquired the features of the Bugatti Veyron supercar, but not obvious, the similarity is not striking, you realize it only with careful study of TT. By the way, the authors of the car gave us another hint in the form of a radiator grill. It does not copy Bugatti cladding, but the similarity is noticeable.
A bright spectacular car on which is not a glare looks very unusual! Interestingly, Sportsup has not received a body kit almost mandatory in such cases. Now, when the work with the car is finished and it stands in front of us in all its glory, we understand that this is an absolutely correct move. TT excess tinsel is useless. But there are also mandatory actions in tuning, for example, replacing the wheeled discs. In our case, on the prefabricated light 19-inch wheels M&K. But processing and painting are made by Autocouture, so you are unlikely to find an exact copy. There is a highlight, for the time being, not striking, doors in the Lambo style. Due to the lack of aerodynamic plastic, this accessory from LSD Doors looks non -trivial.

A special conversation salon. Remember the interior of a standard teeth, and now look at it! There is no trace of factory materials. Sportkup bowels are completely seized with skin and alcantara. Of course, the content corresponds to the costume, and here everything is red and black. In the course of work with the interior, the master atelier has significantly improved sound insulation. Now the ride on this car has become even more pleasant.
The owner of the car did not see his pet at the finalization stage and did not even imagine in which direction the tuners act. When everything was ready, he came into indescribable delight. A letter from the head of the company PPI, which Kirill Chigir showed us (Russian specialists begin their cooperation with the Germans), is another fact that speaks of the uniqueness of the project and the high class of masters. After Benjamin Abraham saw the result of the work of Russian colleagues, he wrote: I am impressed with your work. Sports and elegant at the same time. A very unusual approach. I have not seen anything like that before. But it was Abraham who was an ideologist of one of the coolest projects based on TT PPI RS TT, and he clearly understands the topic.
