Infiniti entered the highly competitive and high-profile market of luxury SUVs in 1997 with Infiniti QX4 (QX4 infinity). This car was created on the basis of an updated Nissan Pathfinder, who was debuting in early 1996, but was distinguished by the design of the front and interior, in the finishing of which the skin and natural tree was used. At the same time, QX4 retained the off-road abilities of its pre-preparation. The SUV installed the All-Mode 4WD system from the Skyline GT-R AWD coupe, designed exclusively for the Japanese market. The first update of the model took place in 2000, and updated cars went on sale in March of the same year. Infiniti QX56 (infinity QX56) is a full-size luxury SUV, the first in North America model Infiniti. Bright appearance included a large branded front grill in the style of other models of the company, and the interior was distinguished by a spacious and finishing of genuine leather. In 2007, the first serious update of the model, which changed the interior and exterior took place.
